I had the opportunity to film and play here and I have to say Im impressed. Ive been to almost every publicly known airsoft field/arena in Texas so I can say that when playing here I was totally in the game with no distractions or hazards that shouldnt be there. It was me and my teammates, no bothersome refs or admins, no stickers or painful brush cluttering heavy traffic areas of the field, no hazardous materials or structures. I got my butt kicked fast but fairly, like a game should go. Even when winning players were friendly and supportive. Admins were also in control of the games but only intervened when really necessary (beginning/ending games or escorting outd player from the path of heavy fire) When filming I also saw players having fun with smiles on their faces. No arguing, no cursing at others, no wise guys trying to cheat or go after certain players. It was a good day on and off the field. Recommendations for improvement: Food? Someone should be able to make a good sized grill to cook up some awesome burgers or other meaty foods for lunch time. Imagine making a super grill so even other "chiefs" can cook up some franks. The place is still young so I believe these guys have good ideas still in production. Great place, great people, lots of support from the state, cant wait to come back.

The players that come here are really great. The field staff are even better. I had issues with a rude owner at another field and came here and was just blown away at how friendly the environment and how helpful the staff are. Fun games and friendly helpful people. Kids from 10 years old and up embraced and cheered on by everyone. It was a really good time.

878 Airsoft, definitely offers a welcoming & humble experience. The Admin staff are alert, fair and friendly service. I really enjoy Airsoft field/map with creativity & more expandable potential. 878 Airsoft Staff even made sure that we were all hydrated from heat. One key thing that was mention which was honored as a "Family Friendly-Environment"

The Admins were awesome, the people were awesome and the field was bigger then i could even imagine. You can tell that this place really wants to bring awesome experience to the players and it really shows. I would recommend this field to everyone and their grandmother :-D.

I played an Op this past weekend at 878. I was very happy with my experience. The field is MASSIVE, the scenario was very interesting and engaging, the people I met were all awesome and we had no issues with any players really. Ill definitely be back!

This was the first time I have ever came close to an airsoft gun or even shooting one, but even though I had no idea what I was doing; the staff was very friendly and welcoming. And They were always making sure everyone was safe and no one got hurt.

Awesome field, the staff is fair and friendly. There is Also a shop on sight just in case you forgot something at home or your gun goes down. Also lets not forget about the CQB tower that has a breaching door. Thats right a breaching door!

Super amazing field. Awesome staff. I had such a blast when I went. BUT, myself and my friends found 5 ticks on us. I would love to come back and play, but I dont see myself going again if the tick problem doesnt get solved.

Absolute blast. This field is professionally run and very safe. The owners are on-site and extremely involved. If you are trying Airsoft for the first time or if you are an expert this is a great place to go.
