Epiphany is a gem in Bishop Arts. Its so unique and pretty for any woman. The clothes here last forever too!!!! I made my first purchase of a basic T and a gorgeous Free People blouse 5 years ago and it still holds up to my excessive laundry habits (got babies ya know). To the point its flat out impressive. Its got an amazing array of jewelry like out of this world!!! I have about 4 pieces of the Betsys w love. Theyve never tarnished and theres one particular huge piece I constantly wear that I took to the beach with me a couple years go. I am so used to wearing it I totally forgot to take it off when I got in the water. Needless to say it survived the waves and Its still standing in tip top shape. Ive still got some cute hoops and other trinkets. The entire store is so high quality and reasonably priced its a gem in Dallas!! Some of this stuff Ive never ever seen anywhere else. If you like boho chic this is your spot, the most amazing nudes and super cute finds Ive never see anywhere else. So sad to see TOMS go they had the best selection ever! Oh did I mention the quirky socks and headbands and candles and oh my! Lovely boutique. My days in bishop arts are always great days, Epiphany shopping spree days are my fave. The ugly now. Staff is friendly but not sales oriented at all. One or two girls that work here will let people walk right out without ever truly engaging the shopper ever. I guess being in the hospitality biz and being a Southern girl and a small business owner; customer service is the key to client retention, its everything. I would reconsider a lot of the staff and drive in self motivated people who love the boutique as much as the customers do. The selection in this boutique has something for EVERYONE, seeing people walk out without giving the place a chance is just crazy. Makes me crazy as another business owner that people dont take care of my business when Im absent. I work hard for what I got so I take it personal sorry. Sometimes management just has no idea so I hope this helps them not hurt them in any way with this review. I gotta keep it real. Staff has gotta be engaging and genuine. My only negative comment for this owner or management is the staffs inexperience with customer service and client engagement. And no... not all the staff are terrible there are friendly girls and the manager is a super sweet girl and very helpful when Im there. Thankfully theyve also got some awesome people as well and some that you really just click with and can shop all day with. Thats what they need more of, the kind of staff that offers you different styles, shows you the jewelry that may match, offers different accessories, caters to and personalizes my shopping experience. Warm, inviting and I just wanna stay here all day and buy everything kind of experience. When those girls are on its the funniest. This place rocks Overall⭐️

Decent selection of mens clothing. Ranges from Tshirts, caps, and socks, to higher end clothing. Just big enough to not be overwhelming. Would like to see more cloth caps and not all trucker style.
