This place is so wretched, I am going to post my analysis in as many places as possible to try and get the word out - so yes, this is the same displeased firestorm as the last database of reviews. Following you will find a numbered list, detailing the experience, with as little feeling as possible. But rest assured, I am very, very angry. 1. I am a larger bride and so are my bridesmaids - we shopped for their dresses on our three visits. They were not able to try on any bridesmaids dresses in their size, and the largest was a 16, 4 sizes too small. 2. They did not enter the correct style number for my bridesmaids dresses. The wrong dresses arrived. The new dresses were re-ordered, and we were not compensated for the error in any way, in spite of pushing back the arrival of the dresses for fitting by approximately 8 weeks. We ordered in March 13th, the wrong dresses arrived May 16th, and we received the correct dresses the 15th of July. 3. We ordered an extra 5 yards of fabric from the same dye job for my junior bridesmaid - it was flat-out not ordered, in spite of at least three distinct assurances that it had been. 4. When the dresses arrived, they had distinct fold marks, similar to a t-shirt packed in a suitcase - the pleats were pressed out, and it appeared to have been accordion-folded. They did not press the dresses when they arrived. 5. Two of my bridesmaids ordered a size larger than they were, on the recommendation of the salesperson. The size larger resulted in dresses four inches too big around at the top - the seamstress, which they do not provide on-site, will need to reconstruct each piece of the dress, it is far too much for "taking in." 6. The price for each dress was originally 228 dollars - the average price for ordering the same dresses on the internet through the manufacturer is 80-100 dollars. Grant, because I ordered 5, she gave me a discount of 10%, so I paid $205.20 for each dress. I thought we were paying for service. I no longer think that. 7. I have just tried, earnestly, to give just the facts of the experience, and would now like to give my emotional take on the subject. I am not an avid shopper, I hate conflict and demanding things of people. Im very quiet. This shop was alienating, the people were never the same, and I felt dismissed or ignored almost constantly. I would mention my weight, and my sisters weight, as one speculation why, but it doesnt really matter, it is inexcusable. If youre still reading, dont come here. I needed help, I asked for it of them, and they did not deliver. I looked at their bridal selection - all of them, no matter how skinny or fat you are, are available through other, kinder retailers. They dont know what they are doing - a good retailer would have known how to size the bridesmaid dresses, and how big/small they ran. They lack any passion or understanding of the work they do. Im a bride, and I cant afford to be constantly paying to correct their missteps. p.s. Also, when you look at the reviews more carefully online, their defense of this absurdity is to deny that any of it happened, not to contact the reviewer and try to make things right. That is incredibly unprofessional. If youre wondering why I didnt look at the reviews and went to the shop - for the bridesmaid dress we picked, they were the only in-store retailer listed on the website. Dont worry - Ive learned my lesson, and will do my homework next time. Im glad youre doing yours (CONGRATULATIONS! YOURE GETTING MARRIED :).

My mom and I were walk-ins, were greeted immediately, filled out a simple info form, and were seen in 10 minutes. They have 250 dresses to choose from (all looked amazing, had in different colors (ivory, cream, white, off white, etc), and the cheapest dress I saw was 200 and most expensive dress I saw while looking was 800). This place was great! If I could give it ten stars I would. We were seen quickly, people there are incredibly sweet, know their stuff, my bridal consultant was Diane, she was marvelous and was really good at her job. She helped me find dresses that I liked, didnt try to push anything on me or get me to go with this style, stayed as my consultant the whole time I was there, & was so attentive. Well, first dress I try on fit like a glove, was absolutely beautiful, and ended up being the dress I chose! (I know not everyone will have my luck but wanted to show you can get want you want in your size at a decent price at this place). Everyone was so friendly and made this shopping experience so memorable for my mom and me. They helped me try on veils to get the full visual affect and gave good advice when I asked what they thought. And with my purchase, they gave me information/business cards on an alterations lady as well as a place to preserve my wedding dress if I choose to do that. Overall, you would be REALLY stupid to not go check out this place. It is worth the drive (I drove from Mesquite) and worth the time especially if you are a bride trying to save a few dollars.

BEST BRIDAL BOUTIQUE in the DFW area. I have had the privilege of working with these ladies on several occasions, and you will not find a group of more genuine, caring, and hardworking women anywhere. They love what they do, they love their brides, I have seen them go out of their way to help their brides in every way. While I managed a local bridal venue, every bride who got their gown from Circle Park Bridal had nothing but great things to say about them. They have helped brides in ways other local boutiques would not. One bride had been basically told no store would be able do anything for her because her wedding was too soon (less than 3months away). She said over 4 boutiques made her feel terrible and stressed, but then Circle Park Bridals staff instantly put her at ease and did everything to take great care of her and got her a gorgeous gown in plenty of time for her wedding. Here words were that "Circle Park Bridal was the first place she had been were she was actually able to relax and enjoy being a bride, and get excited about her wedding." I have so many stories I could tell about their amazing customer service. I encourage all brides to make this their first and probably only stop on for their wedding gown and bridesmaid needs. This boutique genuinely care for their brides and help everyone around them, in and out of their boutique, they are the sweetest ladies around. All to say they are AWESOME you must shop here!!!

The BEST bridal shop in Dallas by far!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this SHOP!!! I have shopped all over DFW for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Along with being in many weddings over the past few years. I think I might have shopped at every bridal boutique in the area at this point, and I can honestly say I did not receive half the service that I received at Circle Park Bridal. Not only were the ladies here so professional and proactive on my orders, but beyond that, they actually cared. I felt like I was shopping with friends. They helped me find my perfect wedding dress and even helped me select and order for 12 Bridesmaids, all different styles. They stayed on top of the orders and gave excellent advice to help my entire wedding look come together perfectly. They were sweet, caring, professional, proactive, prices were great when compared to other shops in the area, they have excellent taste and more than that you can tell they love what they do. They made me feel so special, I cannot say enough good things about them. They made my shopping experience fun and stress free and that could not have been easy with managing 12 bridesmaids... (even dealing with if some might or might not be pregnant at the time of my wedding, with offering very affordable alterations to make sure everyone looked perfect). They were AMAZING. You must shop here, LOVE THEM!!!!!
