The story is quite simple. Ive been looking at Suburbans for about a year and knew the exterior and interior color combination I wanted. I also knew the main options I wanted. I was watching the pricing and discounts online which allowed me to have a reasonable idea of the price i was willing to pay. While searching the internet on Dec 12th, I saw a vehicle that included all the main things I wanted. The vehicle also had several options that really didnt interest me, but I decided to take a look at it anyway. I went through the online process of letting the dealer know I was interested in the car as well as wanting to finance. Chevy was offering a promotion of 0% financing at 72 months. Armed with my price in mind and wanting the 0% financing I was ready to do battle with the dealership and the back-and-forth negotiations that always take place. I arrived at the dealership, walked the lot by myself to find the car then walked into the showroom ready to deal with a car salesman (I hate this part of car shopping!!) The salesperson I spoke to on Friday was busy with another customer and I thought to myself...here we go...the painful car buying journey is about to begin. Debbie, the sales lady asked if another salerperson could help and show me the car. I said sure... Spologies, I dont remember his name, but he went and got the car, let me take it for a test drive and then proceeded to answer my questions about some of the options that I wasnt familiar with. After about 30 minutes, I said ok...lets see what type of price you can offer. Of course, now the real pain begins...or so i thought. After about 5 minutes, The General Manager walked over to me, invoice in hand, and said here is the best price i can offer on this car. He told me the price and of course I checked his total versus my price obtained from the internet. My price started at invoice and had an "allowance" for the dealer and salesman to make some money. Quite honestly, I was shocked at their offer. It was close to $1,000 less than the price I was willing to pay. (What??? Are you kidding me...something must be wrong...I thought to myself.) The GM explained how the pricing worked and we compared his price to my price. He proceeded to tell me that the dealership doesnt play games with folks. Again, he explained the lowest price the cat could be sold for in order for the dealership to get the incentives. He said the price included the 0% financing and I agreed to the price. Again, I was shocked at how easy this was. (Ive bought some cars through the fleet processes and still didnt have an experience this easy) Off to financing I go... Again, this usually becomes a battle as you have to deal with a lot of "add-ons" being offered at outrageous prices. The finance guy (yes, I forgot his name) asked if i was interested in a warranty which i declined and he simply said..."ok". He printed the papers, I signed and was out of his office in about 5 minutes. (OH MY!!! That was fast!!!) I spent the rest of the time waiting for them to fill the car with gas and detail it for delivery... This waiting took longer than the negotiations and financing...I was shocked!! By far the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. I made sure i talked to everyone there including the GM about how great of an experience I just had. I told them about some of my other experiences at other various dealerships including Cadillac, Acura, Toyota and other Checy dealers. Ive already told several folks about the experience and will continue to suggest folks go see Turner Chevy. If they keep this approach going, they will in fact change the way car buying is done. Thanks to everyone at Turner and wish you guys the best of luck!!!

I purchased my vehicle in August and my experience was great thanks to Scott; he helped make the purchase smooth and was very personable. However, I took my car in for service and got it back with damage and once the dealership accepted liability they have only repaired part of the damage to my vehicle.Their service department as well as their service manager is a joke. The service manager laughed at my situation and has been rude through the entire process. So I currently have a partially repaired vehicle that got damaged when I took it in for routine oil change and tire rotation and Im now receiving the excuse that the car was damaged when I bought it, so Turner is stating that they sell vehicles that have dented fenders, scratched bumpers, and broken headlights that have cardboard stuck to take out the slack of the headlight. Either way, I no longer will take my vehicle to be serviced at Turner Chevrolet, nor will I purchase or recommend anyone to this dealership.

When my wife called Turner Chevrolet our vehicle was at a dealership for repairs. We could not get hold of them to ask any questions about our vehicle. as a matter of fact we were not in the system and our vehicle was just there waiting for Monday and it was there since Wednesday of that week. i asked her to look for another Chevy dealership because we had no other vehicle for me to go to work. She got Caroline and from the moment we got her in Service she called the other Chevy dealership Ron Chraft to see what was going on to find out if we could get a loaner as our vehicle was with them. we could not get one they said, although they should have told her they dont loan on Chevy vehicles. we brought our to turner and she went above and beyond her duties to make us get into a loaner, stayed late to accomodate us, kept us informed of the progress of our repairs. We would recommend them every day. They are friendly and accomodating. GOOD JOB TURNER CHEVROLET.!!!!

I brought my Certified 2011 Chevy 1500 Z-71 in for the first oil change since my ownership and was informed that the truck was not in the system. I then called the dealership where the truck was purchased on the far west side of Houston and all was taken care of. The service associate offered to take care of the situation and was very helpful but I told her that I would take care of it, while services were being performed never slowing down. All was Great and ended well. Thanks, Anthony An appointment was made for the repair of my 2011 Chevrolet Z71, a loaner car was issued for the duration of the 2 day repair so that I would still be able to commute to work. Diagnosis & repairs made to replace the EBCM. My truck is back to normal, Thank you. Thanks, Anthony

My experiences here in service and sales have been phenomenal. Always a pleasure working with Debbie and the GM, David...very approachable and helpful every single time. I feel like family here. My most recent shopping experience I was helped by a gentleman named Scott Fannin. This guy knows his stuff! I consider myself an encyclopedia of GM knowledge, but I got schooled on my facts today! Scott provided me all the info I needed and held nothing back. I truly appreciate, and imagine almost anyone would, the upfront honesty and straighforward dealings Ive had here. Not to mention Scott is SSSexy as all get down! Id do him.

This was my most pleasurable vehicle purchase experience ever! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming making it a very relaxing environment with no stress or pressure. Leon Wilson was my salesman and he is amazing! Leon was very patient with showing me different vehicles and going on multiple test drives never once rushing me. Leon is also very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I was able to use every feature that my new Equinox has....This Dealership has really turned around since the last time I purchased a vehicle here....Kudos to the new Owners and Management from a very satisfied long term Customer!
