I walked into the Store and only 1 employee was standing at the front desk. No one greeted me and my girlfriend as I walked in and the only employee that was working went to get another employee to assist me. That employee didnt come out of the back to assist me at all and the same gentlemen that was already helping someone came to assist me. I told him the problem and issues I was having with my mobile device and he just handed me a business card and told me to contact customer service and then went back to helping the other customer. This is the most unprofessional sprint store Ive been in ever. I use to be a Wireless Revolution Employee for sprint a few years ago and this is no way to treat a customer of your business. I was very upset and dissatisfied with my visit. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store being there employees are insubordinate and lazy.

Me and my husband went into the store today to upgrade and purchased two new iPhone 6s Pluss. We have never had service with sprint like we did today! Jamarius was awesome!!! He took his time with us, mentioned all of the sales, and at several times told us they appreciated how long we had been with sprint!! He also went out of his way to find us several discounts, and even took the time to put our new screen protectors and phone cases on our brand-new phones! Hold onto him Sprint, you have got a awesome employee! We will definitely go back and ask for him personally.

I went in this sprint store today with some billing issues and phone problems as well just some all around needed help, the Rep Chad was nice and thorough with everything, gave me a bill print out and wrote down all the info on my bill i was concerned about which was nothing i just didnt understand everything i was charged for and my phone issues was just silly me button pushing wrong and he showed me everything and plenty more on my phone with my new S6, this visit was quick and successful ! !

These people are phenomenal!! Have been going to the store for a while and each time they are always smiling and seem to have fun working. This particular visit we came regarding some issues with drop calls. The tech that helped us seemed knowledgeable and ready to listen. He and the Manager even helped me pick out a new speaker and Bluetooth headset. This is my Sprint store, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Giving this rating for the following reason: Went in to upgrade my line and my wifes. All went smooth, even got a tablet for free. Next bill comes, apparently the rep added insurance to all our lines with out even asking us(which I would have said no to) so calling support was a nightmare but it was taken care of. I did not appreciate that. Look at your bill when you upgrade folks.

After 2 weeks of HORRIBLE online and phone service, I went in and was helped by store manager, Kenny Berry. He didn’t try to pawn me off to customer service online or phone but went through the steps himself to rectify the problem. Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was going to leave Sprint but Mr Berry made me a pleased customer. Thank you, Kenny!!
