Copy of a letter I sent to this dealership, as they were AWESOME and I wanted the boss to know what fine employees he has in his midst. I wanted to take some time to provide feedback on two employees at your Harley Davidson dealer in San Antonio. The first employee I would like to discuss is Chance McCloud. When I called your store a couple of months back looking for a 2016 Softail Slim in Red, I had the good fortune to speak with Chance. After finding out from him that you had the exact bike I wanted, I told him I would come look at it later that day. I arrived a few hours later and saw a “Sold” sign on the bike with my name on it. I thought that to be very impressive and decided I was at the right place to make my new purchase. Long story short, after much deliberation and discussion, I opted to purchase the 2016 Softail Slim S in black. Chance even took a picture of me on it to send to my husband so he could take a look at the bike. I spent many hours at your dealership, as I wanted to purchase many extras for the bike and had to find out which parts and accessories I wanted and ensure they would fit the bike. Chance was close buy during my complete lengthy visit and was most helpful, thoughtful, attentive and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. When I decided to purchase the bike Chance spent a great length of time working with me (even after leaving the dealership and on his own time) on working the figures and gave me a wonderful “deal” with some discounts, plus a few little extras when we picked up the bike. He answered all my questions and when the parts department told me a couple of items I wanted to have installed on the bike would not work, he then enlisted the assistance of Hilda. Hilda was absolutely wonderful and found all the parts I wanted and ensured I left a very happy customer. Hilda was exceptional and knew more about the parts for the bike than the guys in the parts department. Hilda also spent her own time answering texts when I had questions and was kind, thoughtful, professional and an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. I was required to take the bike back to your dealership a few weeks later to have the parts and accessories installed and Chance was most helpful again. When my husband and I picked it up, Chance ensured all items I had purchased had in fact been installed and did a thorough run through with us to provide general information. Since my husband and I were in a great hurry as a thunderstorm was quickly underway and my husband had to ride over 40 miles, Chance made sure all things were checked and double-checked very quickly before we left. Needless to say, I was very impressed with Chance’s attentiveness and once again, left a VERY happy and satisfied customer. In closing, you are a very fortunate man to have these individuals working with you at your dealership. Chance and Hilda are outstanding employees and should be recognized for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service and knowledge of the Harley products. They are a rare breed and my experience at your dealership would not be as memorable had it not been for my working with these fine and outstanding individuals. KUDOS for a job well done. Connie

Hank is totally awesome!!!! I really cant say enough nice things or use enough wonderful adjectives to properly describe him or my experience with this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the San Antonio area, anyone visiting, or planning to visit. Hank and the dealership went well above and beyond to help me out. Thanks so much for one of the most amazing experiences I have had with a Harley Dealership. I am an avid rider and love going to all the dealerships in an area when I visit. I was visiting my daughter and granddaughter in San Antonio and decided to pop in to this dealership to get my token souvenir. It was between 4:30pm - 5:00 pm when we arrived. At the time, I was on my bike following my daughter who was in her car. We went in to the dealership, looked all around, chatted with the girls at the counter for a minute while make our purchase and headed on out. At that time, we needed to pick up my granddaughter who was at daycare on the base. I was less than thrilled at the thought of having to ride on base because it is such a pain in the neck for a civilian on a bike. We thought maybe we could just leave my bike at the dealership since it was gated and looked very secure. We hailed down the an employee who happened to be outside helping another customer at the time. His name was Hank. We explained the situation and he was more than happy to accommodate. He said we could leave the bike there no problem. As he overheard us discussing our plans, which included dinner, he told me to just leave my bike and have an enjoyable dinner with my two girls. We knew they closed at 7:00 pm and told him we werent sure we could make it back before they closed. He said it wouldnt be a problem and told me he would definitely take good care of my bike until we got back. We ran our errands, went to eat and when we got out of the restaurant it was 6:55 pm. Hank had given me his business card so I called him telling him we were on our way. He was amazingly understanding and said he would stay there till we got there so I wouldnt have to make another trip the next day. We got to the dealership maybe 2 minutes after 7:00pm and there was Hank with my bike. Not only had they pulled it in to a building for safekeeping, they totally cleaned her up for me. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. She was a bit dirty since I hadnt cleaned her up since leaving Atlanta, GA. It was totally an amazing experience. Thanks again!!!!
