I am extremely disappointed with your on line service. Every month when I make my payment through on line at@t account , at@t takes payment twice from my bank account. It is extremely criminal activities. You must reform your system so that a customer cant loose his money from his bank account.

Manager will insult you or refuse to allow you to speak to a manager at all. Not helpful at all and staff lied about call backs and information needed
