Bought 4 brand new tires from this very store a few months back. I came in today bc one of the tires I purchased had gotten a nail in it. Waited two and a half hours, while I continued to watch people come and go and be served before My vehicle was pulled into the station to simply change a tire. Worst experience I have ever had at a discount tire location and I will not be visiting here in the future. I guess when you have spent good money previously that doesnt matter. When it comes to providing the service that you paid for (warranty) you dont receive the same service as when you are making a purchase. Still waiting......

Discount tires is great! I went in buying one tie because i thought that was all i needed...it turns out i needed an extra one because the previous one was not safe to put back on. I only had enough money for the one tire but they ended up putting on the other new tie and letting me pay later...i was sooooo grateful and appreciative for their concern of my safety and my daughters and made sure that i came back the next day to pay for the tire. They are very good and helpful people i will always come back for my tire needs thank you guys sooooo much!!!

I was very happy with the prompt service. My car was vibrating and I spoke with a rep, They suggested I try a balance and rotate before an alignment and told me to come now. I was in and out in less than an hour. They are conveniently located. I was able to pop in on a Saturday, while running my other errands. I didnt have to take time off from work and it solved the problem. On top of the great/prompt service it was free! Free, included with the tire purchase. I will tell everyone I can and certainly use them for all my tire purchases. Thanks!

I enjoy going to this location. They are usually pretty quick but are good at telling you an accurate eta if it wont be. Great with prices and helping you out. If they break a lug nut or hub cap or anything similar they take care of it. My family has gone here for years and I personally have been buying tires here for 10 years. Only downside is not being open on Sundays. I had a blow out and a bad spare on a Sunday and had to to go elsewhere. But customer service is great so Ill leave it at 5 stars.

These guys have terrible customer service. I sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for them to open. At 8am they opened the door and helped the guy standing with me then the other guys walked right passed me to service people who had just arrived. I was thinking I was either a leper or invisible. Needless to say I left. They also are not in a hurry to help you if youre only getting a free spin balance. Ill never go there again. Hello again NTB.

My crazy driving self has brought me back here over the past 10 years. If i can help it, I wont go to another place or DT location...amazing customer service...guys have helped me after hours even with small issues. I feel like everyone there, no matter status, has always given me ( & my fam) 110% honest, quality care. Cant say enough good things about this store. Always above and beyond.

Their customer service goes above and beyond any other tire or car shops. Very honest and good people. Had a slow leak in a tire and they fixed it up for free. Didnt try shove a sale down my throat but did give me estimates for when its time to replace mine; saying if I find a better price in town they will beat it. will definetly be going back here for any tire needs.

Ive been meaning to write this review for sometime. This is about the third time that this shop has exceeded my expectations. The customer service is second to none. They have been friendly and have gone out of their way to be professional and helpful. They not only beat other stores prices, but have beaten Other discount tire locations prices.

I just called Discount Tire in Shenandoah, the phone rang, they picked it up and immediately hung up. They SUCK! their employees know nothing about customer service, they evidently dont even know how to answer a phone an at least acknowledge the individual on hold and explain that they will be with them in a minute. REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!

The team here is excellent. They have great customer service and truly care about each customer. I was able to see them in action on caring for each individual customer and working with them to make everyone safe on the road. That treated me with respect and worked efficiently. This store has an issue getting the correct mileage on the receipt every time I go here to have my tires rotated. They have done it incorrectly 3 times in a row. Check your receipt to make sure that your mileage is correct on your receipt - you will need it for warranty purposes.

These guys hustle and kick a$$. They know what theyre doing and take good care of me every time I go in. Previous reviewer complaining about the Shenandoah Discount Tire....Shenandoh is not the one we are reviewing here. At least get the location correct before blasting them.

Damaged my take off tires even I requested from the beginning that I want to keep them. Also scratch my rims. Performance vehicles and run flat tires owners. Stay away!
