We have always delt with Discount Tire and never had a problem until this time when we went to get the tires rotated we could not find the key to my wheel locks no one else had ever touched the wheels so it was evident that they had misplaced the key the last time the tires were rotated. After trying for close to an hour to break the locks they suggested I take it to the dealership to see if they had a master key, they did not, but they were able to break the locks off, for a charge of $70.00 plus the new locks were $59.00. When I went back to D.T. for the rotation Jerry at DR asked if I had the receipt for the locks, I gave it to him and he refunded me the $59.60 that I had paid for the locks, I was very pleasantly surprised. Weve always used DR and always will. Thank you Jerry and Discount Tire.

I tried to get my $800 tires (purchased from discount tire) rotated and not only did they not have any parking but after waiting and waiting to be helped, the sales associate took in the next person to walk in the door. After I brought it to his attention, he did not care at all and continued to help this other woman who had not been waiting for ten minutes. He gave me the excuse that he didnt know where I went. I sat in the waiting area staring at him like a wolf while he conducted transactions at the counter. I dont have the time to waste so I left. Not only that but they never bothered to correct their address online... Go here if you want to waste your time. When I bought my tires I had to wait two hours for them to be installed.

Honest, repaired my tire and did a great job in great time. Thank you. Was suggested to buy whole new tire due to space of previous tire repair was to close to this new location ( about 13 inches away) which is what Costco said and the discount tire guys said that is not true. Costco wanted to also claim 70% wear and it has been use for 2 years so would have to pay the difference of about 100 dollars, which is a bad warranty product compared to Discount Tires which replaces the entire tire for $20 (buying the warranty again when getting tires replaced if they can not repair it). Will buy my tires here next time! Save yourself the trouble, buy here, its what they do!!!

I have been to several discount tires but this one is the best by far when it comes to taking care of the customers needs. I have after-market tires which are difficult to find. I took my car to the Spring location and basically they told me they didnt have anything to fit my car. Didnt bother to do any research. But I went to the Longpoint location and John Phrasavath was friendly, prompt and took the time to research tires for my car. He continued to research and even found ones that fit my price range. He called me (remind you - he called me, I didnt have to call him) to let me know my tires were in. This will now be my go-to store for tires.

I called this location during the day and spoke to a very kind staff member that told me I would most likely need a balance when I explained my issue. He looked for an appointment time, but did not have anything the same day; but he said I could come in as a walk-in. I went in as a walk-in customer for a balance after 5pm and they close at 6. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They got my car done in about 45 minuets. I also noticed that they were the same way with the other customers that were there waiting. Friendly, and not rushing to get the customers out by closing. It was a good experience. I will be going back for other tire needs.

Unlike the other reviewers I actually service all 4 of our family vehicles at this location. Usually its to replace/install new tires and more frequently to take advantage of the tire rotation which is recommended every 5-6K miles. Never had but good service and this past week Jose did an awesome job and was very professional in answering my ton of questions. He called back as promised once the tires where in stock and guess what the next day I had my senior aged father go out to replace the tires on his minivan and everything was smooth like butter. This was all made possible by Jose. So thanks and keep up the good work!!!

Ive been here a handful of times. The guys are always friendly for the most part and willing to work with you if you speak to them like humans. I see complaints about the time, and I have too in fact waited longer than they said. "I love waiting rooms" -nobody. Have you ever worked in a tire shop? Me neither, but if you look in the garage you never see guys just standing around. Theyre diligently working. That being said- ALWAYS book your appointment online ahead of time. This will save time and headache.

The manager of this Discount Tire is the best manager I have seen in retail (period). I didnt even know how many services and benefits Discount Tire offered until this amazing manager offered them to every single customer even though she was dealing with 5 times the customer load the branch seemed to be capable of logistically handling. No Discount Tire in Houston gives better customer service than this tiny branch with an amazing manager.

Absolutely wonderful experience. First time here at this location and from here forward I will make the drive here just to.get the services if this particular location. Customer service here was better than any service I have received from any 5 star hotels I have stayed with. This is the location to make the trip and visit. Very personable and professional staff. Amazing for a tire shop. WOW.

The person I dealt with was very rude and nasty at the Campbell/Long Point store. Had a coped an attitude when I told him that the dealership where I bought my car told me that discount tires carry the tire I needed. I do business with discount tires on all my cars just not this location. I will drive across town from now on for any tire business .

They really take care of their customers! I went on my lunch break since my tire needed to be repaired, I told the AM that I needed to get back to work he said no problem Well fix it ,come back when u get off nd well install it (my shift ended right when the store closed) and sure enough they did...and I didnt pay a thing since my tire was under warranty ;)

I always get my tires at Discount Tire. The free air checks, tire rotations, and flat fixes are a great bonus on top of the always fast and friendly service. PROTIP: If you want something like a tire rotation done, call ahead and schedule it or you might be sitting around for an hour plus. Also, get the certificates on the tires, theyre worth it.

These guys ripped me off and charged me for tire rotation, I clearly had dry rot in my tires as I bought from a dealership and these guys didnt say anything, amazing, took to the westimer and he explained to me the lack of unprofessonalism from the long point, beware people!!! These guys just want to make as much money from you people!
