Absolutely horrible!!! My girlfriend & I came here about a week and a half ago & every single employee had an attitude with us. My girlfriend picked out some stuff to try on and went to the dressing room. We had our cart parked on the side and when we came out our Cart was moved forward and my girlfriends drink that was in the cart was gone!! We asked 2 employees about this which they responded with laughing and saying "they didnt see anyone take it." Then we informed the manager and she laughed as well and said "I dont know what to tell you." Are you serious?? As we were paying (finally) the woman at the register was throwing out things around into bags and got us out as quick as possibly without saying anything more than 2 words. Once we got out to the car, my girlfriend realized her sunglasses were broken that we just bought!!! I took them back in & they said "we cant take those because she broke them." I was about to lose it!! They need to wipe this store clean and hire people that have common sense. Trash. This place and the workers/managers!

For there being other similar stores in the area, you would think Ross would step their game up, but this location proves they arent in the front running. The parking is not the best and the selection is awful, some of the shelves are empty or nearly empty, the shoe selection is slim pickings in nearly every size except one every time. The store is always dead because there is nothing here to buy. The customer service is just as bad as the selection, they have two lines, one for return and one for check out, but they return line just funnels through the same line as the check out line... why have two lines for anyways. Poor line management and poor customer service. The employees always seem so disgruntled, I imagine its just as bad to work for as it is to shop at. Dont waste your time here and just drive down the street to better selection and service.

This is a great Ross selection. Being plus sized can sometimes mean not being able to find nice clothes. I can always find a good shirt or pair of jeans here without digging too deep into their selection. My boyfriend loves their clothes and the food selection is interesting and you can always find something new to try. Sometimes the racks can be unorganized and hard to find the correct place where items are located in the store. The employees most times do not care to be there but the people at checkout are always super friendly and make great small talk.

I stopped to get a bill changed into smaller bills. The gal at the cashier was about to help me out, but the manager intervened and yelled that there is no change, but if I wanted to buy something, I could pay with the bill and they they would give me the change. He was rude and inconsiderate. I have been a shopper at Ross, but no more.

Sometimes its a good day at Ross. Other times it looks like its closing its so depleted. I do wish the shoe selection was better and the selection of mens clothes is no way near as good as the womens. This is definitely a store that caters to women. None of the men I have at home are willing to stand in line.

Ross in itself can have great items, so I always rate by the cleanliness of the store and the demeanor of its workers. This Ross had a few trouble areas, such as the shoes, but a store can only do so much to keep up with its messy customers.
