Horrible service, I love this brand and believe its a great company, but this store in particular has horrible customer service. I own more than $3,000 worth of their stuff and when something is defective or goes wrong and I take it there the employees give me such a hard time. When possible I buy Patagonia gear at REI it is just nice to know there is someone who cares about and believes in quality and durability and educates their employees adequately. If I spend $100 buck for a shirt it better be good quality, I also pay that for the environmental practices, but if that shirt cant last a few wears where is the quality or environmental friendliness?

Fashionable outdoor wear that lasts! You know a brand has quality goods when they limit their sales events to one or two per year. That shows you that they stand by their pricing schedule because the gear is worth every penny. So much so that you can send anything back and get a replacement anytime ever.
