The staff here have always been extremely kind and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to share what they know. The selection is fabulous and they carry many things that other health food stores in the area simply dont have. The prices are also almost always lower than their competitors. Its also less hectic and cramped compared to many other grocery stores. I do most of my grocery shopping here. They also have a large personal care and nutritional supplement area. I LOVE Natural Grocer/Vitamin Cottage!

We go for produce, spices (they sell them in bags super cheap), and milk. Potatoes are cheaper at Whole Foods, bananas are cheaper at Costco, they dont have sprouted wheat flour, and their selection of things is smaller since theyre a smaller store. They also only sell organic produce. But we love them. Their staff is super friendly and their prices on veggies and fruits are amazing. We go at least once a week to stock up. Oh, and they have the larger containers of Herbamare! Amazing!

As a Natural Grocers shopper for almost ten years starting in Albuquerque and continuing on with the Mopac/Guadalupe locations, I am indeed a satisfied customer. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The prices are very competitive for the products sold and I am secure in knowing I have some of the highest quality products available. More people should take a look and see just what they are missing.

Sign up for their loyalty program to receive discounts on things you buy there the most (e.g., if you buy tons of supplements, this is the place to get discounts if you buy from them frequently). Also, you get emails for sales, events, e- coupons, etc. Super deal for items you buy most frequently.

The best bulk herb section in North Austin that Ive found and their prices are very competitive. The produce section leaves a bit to be desired but thats what the farmers markets are for, right? Shellie the store manager is great and her staff are always friendly!

Avoid the woo isles, stick to the specific foods you can only get there and need. Since I am lactose intolerant, I can appreciate the wide selection of goat cheese and non-dairy ice cream. Good place for chocolate and licorice too.

Specialty food items at reasonable prices. Small, friendly, and cozy feeling, like the corner grocery store in a small town. But extremely expansive selection of supplements and high quality, natural cosmetics. Love this place!

It was pretty good, they have great smelling soap and good food and they also have goodbelly. They have these noodles that I like. I love the lemon verbena soap, it smells so good, its better than the lemongrass.
