The staff was really nice although they didnt interact much with me when I had first walked in. They did apply the birthday coupon to my order even though it was my first time in and it was a week after my birthday. I thought that was really nice of them. They did assist my friend who came in with me with the application of a wild matte lipstick. She was worried she might apply it wrong and seeing as it was blue. Overall, a very good experience.

The staff here is amazing(with a few exceptions that think theyre holier than though-and end up looking at you like youre from outer space) the products are even better! Everything you need will be met, anything cosmetic you desire. A big plus is the pricing, its very accessible even if you have a small budget.

I wanted to make my own palette but they were out of the box to hold the 4 eye shadow box which I figured wouldnt be a problem. However when I got to the register I was informed that it would be more because they didnt have the CARDBOARD holder and is have to pay more. What a rip off!
