I went in last week in a hurry before my babies doctors appointment. I live an hour away from a Lush and, although money is tight, I wanted to get 3 bath bombs as a treat. I walked in clutching my wiggly baby, out of breath lugging all her gear and holding only a $20 bill since Id left my wallet in the car. I picked out 3 and my total was $24. I hadnt brought any other money and asked the sales girl if she could please put one back for me since I only had the $20 and apparently couldnt do math. The manager piped up from across the counter and said "dont worry about it. That 3rd one is on us". I almost wanted to cry. Ive been a loyal customer for years when I had much more expendable income because of their excellent products, but was truly overwhelmed by what a nice gesture was shown to me that day. Will frequent this location for all of my purchases in the future.

I am slightly biased because of my long lasting devotion to LUSH products and values. However this location is especially close to me! Everyone who works here is so personable and friendly, every time I come in someone is able to assist me, but not in that over bearing "please stop following me" way. They ask you a couple of questions recommend a few products that suit your needs then walk away if you remain unfazed. No one here is pushy which I LOVE but when you need something they are more than happy to help. I have never felt pushed onto a product here or felt like I was being followed. LOVE IT! Also they get 5+ stars because they give free facials and hand/foot massages if you ask.

When I first moved to Austin, I bemoaned that we had no Lush store. Now we do! Hooray! Lush has some cosmetics, but they are mostly known for bath type products. All-natural soaps, shampoos, and bath and shower items. They smell great, they are great for even troubled skin, and with many of the products you can get exactly as much as you want -- they package it to your specifications right in the store. The employees are super-knowledgeable -- tell them your skin troubles and they will know exactly the right product for you. Spendy, but oh-so worth it.

they are so nice here!! I came right before before lunch, they know what their talking about and are very knowledgeable about their products to help you find what they need. the lady gave me a sample of her lotion just because it was her favorite and she wanted me to enjoy it without me asking. I also asked the lady checking me out for a face mask sample but she gave me a heads up that someone could have stuck their fingers in it so I went for a shampoo sample instead! so happy I had to come back and buy something else right after lunch

I love love love Lush. Our first time there they went out of their way to explain everything to us, give us hand massages and really listen to what we wanted to accomplish. For me it was more volume in my hair and I got the sea salt spray which is amazing. I love the natural ingredients and that you can tell who made it and when. I love the bath bombs and the crumble bars. The lotions are nice and smell great. The employees are always helpful and nice. It is a bit pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Who doesnt like Lush? Its a touch pricey, but its good quality soaps, shampoos, and beauty products, and their emphasis on avoiding wasteful packaging is masterful. Every company in this line of work should emulate Lush in this regard. They have everything from soaps to toothpaste tablets to shampoo bars (with the shampoo bars they last so long that you make up the expense easily and you dont have to throw away any plastic bottles). If you can afford it, you should definitely give it a try.

-Amazing staff that will actually joke with you. -Beautiful store with things you touch, poke and try. -Literally perfect gifts for anyone (already wrapped!) -The coffee mask is my new favorite thing to smear all over my face and as a bonus it will scare the crap out of anyone in your house. -Lastly, its expensive but FAR cheaper than actually trying to Pinterest/DIY similar products and you dont have to clean up the mess! This store is amazing. It always smells great, and the people who work here are fantastic human beings. I came in needing a few things, and wanting to treat myself because I was having a hard day for my anxiety. Not only did Charlotte help me, she also threw in one of her favorite bath bombs that help her when shes stressed. Its just so nice to be reminded that there are kind, caring, and thoughtful people out there. You rock Charlotte!

Not only are Lushs products amazing, but this was hands down, the best customer service Ive ever had. I recommend Lush to anyone who appreciates natural skin, hair, and body care, as their products are handmade with quality organic ingredients. I love the Grass showergel, American Cream conditioner, Noubar soap, Vanillary perfume, Hottie massage bar, Buffy body butter, and BB Seaweed facemask. Everybody needs Lush in their lives!

This was my first Lush store experience and I really loved it! As soon as I told the staff that Id never been before they immediately sat me down and offered a free hand washing and loaded me down with complimentary samples. You can really tell that theyre passionate about their products and want to share that passion with their customers. If youre looking to pamper yourself a little bit then Lush products are one way to go!

Okay; so Ive been interested in LUSH for five-eva! I had tried a couple of things from them and have heard a lot of people rave about them. Today was my first time actually going to LUSH and I fell in love. The store was amazing and the staff was AWESOME. The girl who helped me was so relatable and she helped me out so so much. She was hilarious and she had the perfect reccomondations for me. Really good experience

Stumbled upon this place and so glad I did! Staff was super knowledgeable and not pushy at all! They really wanted to help you find the right product and not shove products you dont need in your face. I highly recommend the bath fizzles. All products weve tried (Dark Angel, Twinkle Fizz, and French lavender bath bomb) are fantastic . My husband had a great experience as well with his sales associate.

Insane store! So much more than bath bombs. They are overflowing with soaps, shampoos, lotions AND the staff is literally the nicest and always willing to help explain how to use any of the products. Charity pot lotions FTW. Great gifts for anyone and they always update their offerings for every season! Parking at this store is always a nightmare due to all the businesses surrounding it.

Every single time I have been in there the service has been incredible. The staff know their products and have a positive attitude and are very helpful. I always enjoy my visit there and continue to go back. As for the products- LOVE. Been using Lush since it was only in London and my aunt would bring it back to me from work trips. Love that it is here in US and adore the products.
