My two teenage daughters used their hard earned money, $100 each, to get their hair styled and colored in a manner that was agreed upon before the process started. A picture of the expected outcome was shown to each stylist and they were told it would take 2 hours to complete. The outcome was no where near what was expected and the process was actually cut short to one hour for reasons unknown. We have attempted to contact the hair stylists and owner multiple times to receive a partial refund but were only told that there was a miscommunication and that they could each spend more money to come back in to get the desired outcome. We are very disappointed with both the quality of the hair styles and their customer service. The owner promised to call back with a decision on how to make it right but has failed to do so and is now ignoring any further communication.

Christy West is the best massage therapist in Spring Hill, Columbia and Franklin (and Ive tried most of them!). She spends time with each client and makes you feel welcome. She is gentle yet helps ease the pain in all of those "tough spots". I just love her!!
