I shop here often, but Im sad to say I probably wont again. Today we went here and they had all of their signs up that said Yellow 50% off, I got a few yellow items but when we went to check out, they were not on sale. Now I realize its pretty inexpensive, but the signs were up, I believe they should have honored them. Instead she said "they make us put those up at night so its less to do in the morning". I was very disappointed.

This Goodwill has a decent variety of merchandise. The store is clean too. I think the prices are mostly reasonable, but there are a few pieces of furniture that are way too over priced, same with some boots. I also would suggest that they put the price stickers on the backs of merchandise - like picture frames...

I am a regular at the GoodWill store in Spring Hill both to purchase and donate and I have nothing but good things to say about the store and its staff. The staff are very polite, friendly and always helpful. I am very thankful for all the hard work the team down at GoodWill Spring Hill, TN does. Keep it up.

Redspeed

Not worth shopping at anymore. Everything of even the slightest value is pulled before it hits shelves and sold online. In store prices have shot up dramatically for whats left which is mostly damaged junk and particle board furniture and they even price things more than retail on some things

I love shopping at this store. Be prepared to spend a long time waiting for checking out on the first Saturday of the month. Their store wide 50% sale is the busiest day of the month. You cant hardly find parking. The staff is really kind and the store is always pretty neat.

This place has a decent collection stuff, but its kind of gross and lacking any order. I cant say I ever "want" to go here. Lots of broken toys, disgusting toys laying around.. thats probably the worst area within the store.

Hate the new corporate changes with no returns and higher prices. The chances of finding a great treasure are slim to none. Their interests are profits first and "helping people" is mostly a ploy to pay employees less.

Horrible ! They sold a chair I was holding behind the counter . The cashier clearly stated that she would hold it for me , but when I went to purchase the chair - it was being sold to another lady . Hmm...

Courteous helpful staff but the merchandise is still dirty and picked over. Goodwills prices have skyrocketed to the point that youre better off shopping the closeout stores.

Nicest Goodwill store Ive ever been in. I collect old stereo junk and dont often find anything I want but this is really a classy Goodwill location.

Very picked over and honestly it has gotten, it seems, over priced. You might as well shop at closeout stores for any furniture and shoes.
