I go to Dollar General quite often to pick-up small items and cards as it is easy to get in and out quickly. What I dont like is every Dollar General I visit almost always looks like a storm has gone through. Also, often dollies and boxes block many aisles which is likely caused by their stocking strategy. Both issues make shopping more difficult. In addition, the stocking chaos and items laying in the aisles have more than once caused me to almost trip. I would give five stars if they could remedy these problems because the stock and service meet my needs.

Went to this DG to run a quick errand and get some Bounty paper towels before work. It was 7:10 am and still no sign of an employee to open the store. There were at least 7 people waiting and I finally left because it was obvious that no one was even there to open up. I will say that most everyone at the store is usually helpful and friendly. It is most important that you first be open during your business hours, especially if you want to make sales and be profitable at a business.

New employees are a welcome addition. But sadly they have come with terrible attitudes and lack of key customer svc training and complaint mgmt. First priority would be for them to get a good store manager who can set a good example

The staff here is usually helpful and courteous. The store is usually clean and I can find most of what I am looking for. It is a busy store because there is not much else in close proximity to Nolensville.

Not a good place to shop. Cashier talking on cell phone and to friend while waiting on me. Careless with items, ended up returning because she broke them. Boxes everywhere in isles.
