I dont know where to start with this store! Yesterday was Apple release day. My husband went to get the new iPhone as soon as the doors opened. The service reps thought he was there as someones father and didnt wait on him. After an hour he spoke up and they finally helped him. His old phone needed to be backed up and he couldnt wait (due to him leaving for a funeral), I went up there. Blake was helpful at first. Then, I needed to plug the phone in to back it up and he refused to let me. Finally after yelling at me, he finally let me plug the phone in. It was a few hour wait so Blake volunteered to do it and let us know when it was finished. Fast forward to this morning when Blake called. We were excited to have the new phone set up. However, in the process of him backing it up, we lost some very important videos of our 1 year old daughter. When I called to store to see if they had wiped the old phone yet, the female worker (I cant remember her name..started with a D) was so unhelpful. When I told them that we lost videos, she put the phone down and walked off!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. We will NEVER use this store again! For the store, if you are going to be in retail a few tips...know the product, have patience (like we did) and be as helpful NOT argumentative and rude as possible. We will be driving to Hendersonville from now on to get better customer service and more knowledgeable reps!

If you are an ATT customer and need ANYTHING even remotely service-oriented or technical, do yourself a favor and drive 25 minutes to the Hendersonville Corporate store. I have now had two horrible experiences with this location. The first probably a year ago ... when I needed a minor change on my billing and thereafter my bill went up. couple months go by, go into hendersonville to look at why and the person at the White House store made a mistake on my billing costing me couple hundred dollars. I recently just needed a new adaptor for my Samsung Tablet... Called to see if they had one in stock. They girl said "I dont know, but we have a lot of Android adaptors". ok... this is your area of expertise, obviously I am calling because I dont want to waste a trip... could you possibly check. No answer silence...hello?? "Oh Im checking"! Yes we have one. ok.. 15 minutes later.. I stop in... guess what no adaptor. I truly feel their staff are untrained counter checkers. If you need anything at all kind of specific.. good luck! This is the first time I have ever left a negative review...for any business. But when you cost me money and time...I get frustrated. Owners please invest in training and keeping your staff.

i had two horrible experiences a year ago at this store, however i am not one to really post bad reviews, however , decided to give them another shot a week ago and went in with a problem. there was one person working in the store and admitted he didnt know how to help me so he said he would ask someone that came in later and call me back, which again i was okay with that. however,a week has gone by no call. they do not care about their customers here. Everyone, drive the 20 min to hendersonville on indian lake they are AWESOME! one of the issues last year i had do to the staff being unknowlegable, i lost all the pics i had over the last 3 years on my phone because the person couldnt transfer the pics to my new phone , thats never happened before anywhere else

Horrible!! Promised all this bundle billing in December 2015 within 30 days......now May 2016 still fighting for what we signed up for. DONT DO IT!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Pay, pay, pay....We were told in disputes this was a retailer location not a dealer location. On hold for 1hr 3 mins and 23 secs tonight to try and resolve another dispute only to find out there closed. Close this store or get qualified employees. If I could rate negative stars I would put this store a negative 10. Thanks Cedar...not!!

Poor experience! They need some teaching at this location. Ran my debit card up then ask to go next store to get a prepaid card that it works in there store. After 3hrs that prepaid card didnt work in store so I put $$$ on it for know reason so they wasted 3 hours didnt get outta the store till 10pm yes 2hrs after closeing time show the Lack of experience from this store

Unhelpful on most occasions, understaffed, and unprofessional. 40 minutes past opening hours, they still werent open. This isnt the first time.
