Ive had my share of disappointing bike shop experiences. After years of cycling in Nashville, my bike has been tuned-up and fixed by almost every shop in town. I recently took my bike to Redkite for a shifter cable replacement. In 20 minutes of chatting with the guys at Redkite, I was back on the bike. A few shifts and pedal strokes later, I was speechless. I have never experienced such crisp and precise shifting. I enjoy my bike now more than ever. The guys at Redkite are the best bicycle mechanics in town. They are very approachable, and I feel like they care for my bike just as much as I do, and thats what I need in a mechanic.

This shop and people are amazing. Having had an intimidating experience at Eastside Cycles, our friend recommended Redkite. We bought our "franken bikes" in for a tune up and the staff was very down to earth. We explained how we got the bikes and this was our first time cycling and they helped us feel at ease. The fixes and tune up were very reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. Studio also has a great selection of cycle wear. Should be your go to bike shop.

I can not say enough good things about the guys at Red Kite. As a beginner (I mean really I know NOTHING) they have been so helpful and really nice about all of my questions. We have gotten our bikes fixed, many parts, clothing... everything there is great. They also serve a great espresso! I am sure they are wonderful for the "expert" bikers out there but I highly recommend them for newbies like us! If I could give them 6 stars I would.
