This is a primarily Indian Grocery store located inside the Farmers Market/Flea Market building which makes it very hard to find. The selection is fantabulous - there was a wide variety of frozen meals, flours, mixes, and seasonings. Do not buy Indian seasonings (cumin,turmeric,curry, etc.) in a normal grocery, for they are much cheaper here. The prices were overall good. I cannot think of anything bad to say about the place, except that if you dont know what you are looking for and are unfamiliar with Indian food it will be hard to navigate. It seemed there were also some selections of African/Asian foods but I am not very familiar with those cuisines.

Not sure how people could give this place so much disliking but it was a fantastic shop, great owner and superb selection. I will be returning and id advise all to give it a shot. Unless youre someone who is not wanting a more realistic and honest selection of Indian food then I suppose try somewhere else. For me, returning customer. Bought, cooked and ate food tonight and it was lovely.

This is the only Indian grocery Ive been to since moving to the Nashville area in 2014. I wont be going here anymore after my last experience. Half of the packaged food I bought was out of date. I bought it in July 2015 and the best by dates were in early 2014! Charging customers for food beyond its date? Seriously? Ill go to Patel Brothers on Nolensville Rd next time.

I have been shopping at the international Grocery store for almost 30 years. You can find things here that you cant get regular grocery stores. So many imported products. I love it and they are always very nice to me when I shop there.

store for expired goods. this guy always has items on the shelf that has expired for months.If you still insist on buying items from him pls check manufacture/expiration date before paying for it.

He sells all expired products. I prefer going to Patel than getting sick coz of his products. I would suggest ever1 to check for dates before buying anything for this store
