I went in to get some groceries while I was visiting my mother last week. Being a manager in my store Im huge on customer service. I over heard a conversation between my mother and one of the cashiers that made me embarrassed for the company to have someone like that representing them. My mother asked about the status of her application and the cashier proceeded to tell her that the manager is too busy for her because she had thousands of apps to look through. Then went on to say that my mother wasnt what they were looking for and told her to go apply somewhere else. That is completely unacceptable. No one should be treated like that especially someone who is wanting to represent the company. A lot better than the said cashier did might I add. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. Along with never going there myself, I will let everyone I know about the poor service that was given.

This is the best Aldi store that Ive been to! Its definitely not the biggest Aldi store out there, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for with convenience. This store is very organized every time I visit, and popular products are always in-stock. The staff here is friendly, and what I enjoy the most is that they are constantly taking note of whether the number of customers in line is growing so that another register can be opened if needed. While these may seem like small things, they just dont happen everywhere else nearly enough. For these reasons (and of course the great prices!), I find myself visiting again and again.

German Company group store. Low prices on produce. A lot of original German products. They ask of customers to insert a quarter into a grocery cart if you choose to use one, you get it back when you return the cart back. Its one of the ways to keep parking lot clear of carts that could cause problems, at the same time saving money for a company to hire people to retrieve the carts. They also respect their employees, many receive full benefits and you start from 11.50 an hour! Ever since its open in Valparaiso few years ago it gain the trust and like of local community. Fresh produce, quality products at a cheap price, they treat their employees VERY well. They double guarantee all Aldi brand products, (excluding alcohol) meaning if you try anything and dont care for it, or the produce goes bad after buying it, you will get your money back AND your product exchanged for a new one, even if you dont want the same thing.

Go to for affordable grocery shopping! It is ALWAYS very crowded, aisles are small and not easy to navigate. But the savings make up for it. The aldi brand is cheaper because they do their own labeling and warehouse. A few things I prefer the "name brand". But things like organic milk, and produce are great!

The value of shopping here is outstanding! The selection is excellent and really love their fresh fruits and veggies! This is a modern food chain stores​ and we are glad we have the opportunity to shop at a food store with healthy food choices! Quick checkout is also a bonus!!!

Aldi has quality food at a lower price. Happy with most items they carry. They are doing better at having registers open, but still room for improvement. I would like to see an express lane. I hate when I go in for a few items, and all lanes have baskets full.

Aldi is great. Good prices. The selection is better than ever before. Love that they have eliminated synthetic colors, msg, and trans fat from their products. If you havent been to an Aldi in a long time, check it out. Nice cheeses and meats too.
