Very disappointed in the customer service at the pharmacy today. I walked in and was told my prescription had not come in yet. The pharmacist acted like I inconvenienced her to check to see if they had gotten it yet. I then told her I would call the doctors office and they will be sending it right over. I asked for the medicine to be bubble gum flavor. And the pharmacist never told me that it already comes that flavor. when I went to pay she was charging me for Extra bubble gum flavor. I in no way asked for extra flavoring in my prescription for my daughter. I dont know why it wasnt communicated to me that it already comes that flavor. This pharmacist did not smile, was not customer friendly and acted like I bothered her through our whole transaction. I also had to wait forever for my prescription. I dont think I will be using this Pharmacy again. I normally like going to Publix but now I will be rethinking where I purchase groceries from now on as well. I am not so much upset about the extra $3 charge that I did not ask for but the fact that a medicine which I need to give to my daughter was not specifically explain to me the way it comes.

I used to work for Publix as a Grocery Clerk and I was not happy at that Publix, too busy and I would ask customers how they are doing and they would look at me like Im not there.....I would say that was the worse Publix Ive ever worked at and so much happier now that I quit Publix and working somewhere I enjoy being at like taking care of infants and members who would enjoy me back and get to know me. If ANYONE considers working there I recommend I wouldnt, they tell you that you will get a good raise and this and that, and youre doing a great job, but then you end up getting a very crappy raise! Dont let them fool you!!!

Awesome place. The staff is friendly, approachable, and kid-friendly. They even offer to help get the groceries to your car just about every time i am in there. This is how customer service should be everywhere!

Same excellent Publix experience like youd find elsewhere. The deli is great because theyve got a decent sized seating area which not all Publix stores seem to have.

As far as selection goes, this is probably my favorite Publix. The staff, however, doesnt go out of their way to be friendly like some of the other stores do.

Favorite place to shop, everyones helpful and not a lot of turnover compared to Krogers. Easier to get in and out of also.
