From the pungent odor of bleach, ammonia & spoiled food that knocks you off your feet as you walk in the door, to the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff as well as the worst selection of goods on the west side of Indy. Its not rocket science why this Marsh struggles to do business. It used to be the best place in Plainfield to purchase groceries. It is now the worst! Plainfield deserves much more than what you are providing us. Bring us a store like Zionsville, Fishers or Carmel. If not, I prefer you to close and allow a premium grocer to replace you and provide the Plainfield community what we deserve. Step up or bow out.

I called and asked about western union prices and the lady that answered the phone was so rude! This lady tried to tell me she not allowed to tell me prices over the phone. So I called Kroger and asked how much is it to send $100. And they told me. So I know the lady at marsh was jut being lazy..no wonder marsh dont have a large crowd.

Dont buy a cake here. I bought one and it was poorly done. They gave me half off. My mother inlaw bought one and it was poorly done they gave it to her for free. I just bought one for my daughters birthday party and it was done poorly also.

Used to work at this store back in the mid 80s. It was always a great place to work. I have shopped there since moving back to Plainfield in 2004. I stopped in today (last 2 days open). Very sad to see it almost empty.
