I will NEVER DO BUISNESS AT THIS WALMART AGAIN!!! I went to the automotive service department to get four new tires and an oil change. I was told the wait was about an hour and a half, but not in a hurry I agreed. I did tell the tech that I ABSOLUTLY did not want the Castrol motor oil that comes in the oil change, and that I would pay the higher price for Pennzoil. After the hour and forty five minute wait I paid for the service, and went out to my car to leave only to find that the bottle of oil the tech. had used was Castrol. I calmly went back in to get the difference in the price of the oils back. After waiting in line for five or ten minutes I began to explain to the employee behind the counter what was wrong. She sighed and snatched the receipt and Castrol oil can out of my hand and disappeared to the back. After several minutes she returned an was obviously annoyed at having to help with the problem so I collected my receipt and left absolutely infuriated!!!! I have never been treated this way at any other establishment that I was expected to spend my hard earned money!!! I will take my business ELSE WHERE in the future not that employees like this one will care!

Saturday night, the day after christmas, and there are two, TWO registers open! NOT ok! Calling corporate in morning.....and their door "checker" Lashaundra. Had a run in with her every single time Im here and shes working. You arent a bouncer. She feels the need to check everyones reciepts but does it in a fashion that makes you feel like a criminal. Walking in today, I watched her stop a very elderly man in an automatic wheelchair. He looked mortified! You can freely pay for your items, and leave the other door, any other employee working the self checkout spot, but when she is there, I go out of my way to go out the other door! This isnt Sams Club, nor do I look out of the ordinary. It doesnt matter what I buy, large items, a couple things, a cart full of groceries, Im taking this to corporate and if I see her again, Ill call again. She should never work in customer service again....kinda funny how she does the job that most retired elderly people do....guess she isnt bright enough to work at a register.

I was treated very indifferently by your staff at self-checkout. The avocados rang up $1.29, when there were signs under the display and a very large black and white sign, reading "AVOCADOES 98¢." I told the young lady and waited and waited and waited . . . Finally, my wife and I went ahead and paid $1.29 each. I told your associate I can read the sign from here. She casually told me she didnt know what that was and she could only take the word of your produce manager. When I asked for the manager, she was neither in a hurry to find him, nor was she going to try and help me correct a known error. Regardless of how small the error, it should have been corrected. Customers should be treated with a little more care. I worked my way through high school, college, and post military, in the grocery business. Never thought Id see customer service plummet to the level it is with young people and large corporations. Wont be back to your store.

The only reason it is getting 2 stars is that it does deliver the good deals like EVERY other Walmart, however, the customer service I received on December 14, 2014 was just appalling. I called before for I went to the store to ask if my 1-hour guarantee was there. I was told that it was indeed there. When I asked if I could come pick it up, I was hung up on. As frustrating as that was, I decided to go to the store to attempt to pick it up. I was told that my TV, that I have already paid for might I add, was indeed there but I couldnt pick it up until the 17th. Everyone except for the guy in electronics who go me a manager was RUDE. Not being able to get the TV wasnt the issue. It was the fact that every individual I talked to was rude and seemed like they could care less about my issue. Best buy had a TV on Black Friday as well, and I wish now I would have bought from them, due to the lack of real customer service.

I just attempted to order my son a birthday cake to be picked up in 24 hours and was told they arent taking orders because their cake decorator is out and wouldnt be back until possibly Monday or Tuesday. I had this same problem in July when no one was willing to write happy birthday on a cake that was already decorated from their display case and also in September when I was flat out ignored while waiting for the bakery staff to get off their cell phones and assist a regular customer. Im in this store at least twice a week but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I usually go here in the middle of the night and have pretty good service. I went during the day and afternoon and It was a completely different experience. The cashiers are usually rude or lazy and dont want to help you. When I went to find things I would grab them seeing they were at a great price only to find they werent stocked in the right spot. Its sad I see a lot of others with the same problems or worse so I know its not just me. I hope they fix this problem soon or Im going to take my business elsewhere like many others already have.

Horrible grocery pickup service. Past 4 weeks of use have had issues. We are done with Wal-Mart yet again. This last time included a 30 minute wait only to be told it hadnt been picked yet. Left and cancelled the order. 2 hours later they sent an email that said it was ready and the charge went through anyway! Forced to come back and wait another 20 minutes to receive it and the clerk forgot 3 totes worth of groceries. Go elsewhere if you want to utilize a grocery pick up service (kroger!).

You cannot get checked out at this location. No matter how many customers are in the store they only have 2 registers open. I have never been in the store where there were more than two registers open unless a customer complained. I spoke at length with the store manager about the issue and he assured me they would do a better job. Absolutely no change since that conversation. Terrible location avoid. Go to the Kroger one block away.

This is probably the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. The customer service is extremely horrible. They do not give the impression that they care nor does anyone in the separate departments care to answer the phone. I had to call 8 times to finally get in contact with a manager. This isnt the first time Ive had these issues at this particular Walmart and this is the last time I will shop there.

The Girls in Customer service are hilarious...Very helpful but hilarious. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Management has also always gone above and beyond to help me with any problems. I have done thousands of dollars in business here since they opened and always happy...I cant say that for Other Walmart stores in murfreesboro tn
