Ruined my Saturday. I had made appointment and checked in advance to make sure the specific tire I wanted was in inventory (I would normally go to the Avon Store that is closer to where I live but they only had 3 or my tires in stock.) They took my payment in advance "so that my check-out would be quicker". Went and grabbed some lunch across the street and got a call an hour later and was advised the car was ready. Picked up my keys and as Im walking out the employee advises me that they switched tires on me and did an "upgrade at no extra cost" because the supposedly "in stock" tires that I verified on-line were not in stock. I now have some no name brand of tires on my car and have to make a separate trip back to their store to get things done right when my tires come in. This may be a "one -off" because Ive had good experiences at a couple of Discounts other stores but switching tires on a customer who comes in with a very specific order deserves an upfront call at the least.

This is an outstanding tire store. They are fast, do good work, and are very friendly and accommodating. They take care of the tires on 4 family vehicles and they balance them to perfection. My Jeep is a particular challenge, because mud tires can be very hard to get just right. They seem to nail it every time! Also, their show room is very clean and comfortable, and the restrooms are very clean, too!

I had a great experience. I unfortunately woke up to find that both my spare and road tire flat and leaking air. I went to this store and was treated well, repaired both my tires for free (I had purchased them from another discount tire earlier). They had me back on the road to work within 30 minutes after arriving even with several customers ahead of me. Great service!

Love this place!! When I go get my oil changed they ask if Id like my tires rotated and I tell them NO because I always go to DISCOUNT TIRE to do that. Whenever I have had a problem, need a hole plugged or ANYTHING they look at it and sometimes even fix a tiny problem for no charge. They dont hassle you into buying their products. The business is overall EXCELLENT.

Fast, friendly, professional, and clean. Had 2 new tires on my car, balanced, ect... before I could walk to Starbucks, finish my drink, and walk back. Great price, no upsell bulls*$t, just "closest match to your current tires" and off I went. They even put the spare, jack, and all the tools away nicely - which I had just thrown about the truck.

I was out of town with my kids, and discovered a large screw was lodged in my tire. I stopped by to see if they could salvage my tire. I was greeted by a nice technician who took my information. Fast forward 1 hour later, and the tire was fixed and at no cost! Amazing customer service!

These guys do a good quick job. However, sometimes they goof-up tire positions during rotations, so keep an eye on them! Oh yea, prices of their house brands tires cost about what others charge for name-brands. Maybe the difference is in the service, here?

The staff are very friendly and quick to help you out. I had a nail in the tire and were able to get me in and out of there in 30 minutes. The best part was, there was no charge. Awesome place. I will be back here to get new tires when its time.

Absolutely horrible. Told me 1 hour and 15 minutes. Called me 4 hours later. The tires then later popped. The same day I had to go to MX practice. Not rocket science to change a mf tire. #itippedthem1percent
