I walked in I was looking for my product around the front of the register where there were employees no one asked me if I needed help everybody look and speak I finally found my item went to pay for it and I saw how they treated this other lady who course was the opposite color gave her help with assistance with a smile and barely said hello when I pay for my item I will not go back into that store again

Really great experience with the Bed Bath and Beyond in Madison, TN. Karie, sales associate, was very helpful, patient and had a warm demeanor. She focused on me as the customer and provided me her full attention until my purchase was complete. I definitely recommend this location.
