Buyer Beware – Do not order Take-out from this location! This was my 4th time in the past few months that this store has left out items in my "take-out" orders. The last time this happened (3rd time), I called and spoke to the manager who said he would credit my order charge. Well, for the record, the credit never happened. We thought we would try take out there once more. When I got there to pick up my latest order, I went over it to make sure I got everything. I discovered they forgot to include my house salad and dressing. Then, when I got home, I also discovered they left out the maple syrup, butter, and sour cream. It was the same type of experience I’ve had during my last 4 take-out orders at this store. I’m done ordering from this location. There’s no excuse to screw up 4 consecutive orders. They use to go over the orders for you before you paid your bill. That no longer happens. I will no longer give this location my business.

Food was okay, but they are rather pricy for what you get with any of their food combinations; as it does not cost that much for two eggs, 2 sausage patties, a slice of orange and all the fixins when you buy in bulk like they do ... their cost per unit is, probably, around $1.50 to $2.00, including operating and labor costs ... they charge $6.00+ per unit ... nice profit margin, eh??? I gave them 4-stars because nobody/no corporation is perfect!!!

Great choice if youre in the mood for delicious, almost as good as homemade food. I like the country fried steak with potatoes and gravy, myself. Always friendly staff with only one bad experience in the years weve been going there. To-go orders have always been steaming hot as if right out of the oven no matter when we pick them up. If youre swinging through Smyrna, I recommend Cracker Barrel for a nice meal.

I enjoy eating at cracker barrel but I am terribly disappointed what the waitress are paid. $2.25 dollars an hour . what !!! I could not believe it either. What about the slow nights when they do not have many customers or the customers will not or can not afford to tip. This is horrible. Could you pay your bills on that. Think about your waitress the next time you eat there .

Fast service, friendly staff,fair ,honest pricing on meals ,they carry a variety of things that you wont see just anywhere, good for Christmas shopping. Nice rockers outside to just sit and rock when you need a break from the road and could use a bite to eat,,friendly Southern charm, you cant find just anywhere, a experience all by itself.

I had am an odd request on how I wanted my meal. The young lady went and spoke to whom was preparing it. They did their best to fix my meal the way I wanted. They didnt have to go out of their way to fulfill my request, yet they did. I enjoy my visit here, will go back to this Cracker Barrel.

Was visiting with family in the Nashville area Sunday and was in your restaurant all I asked for is to bring me what I requested ! Onions. Waitress asked me if i wanted chopped ,sliced or sautéed. I didnt get any of the above, I get the same treatment in Lenoir CityTennessee at Cracker Barrel

The server was very nice but the breakfast I was served tasted like it had spent most of morning under a heat lamp. Since I was hungry, I ate a few bites until it started to make me gag. At that point I just got up, paid my $10.00 and left. Very poor experience.

Country style atmosphere and Always feel comfortable no matter what state Im in,I feel lime home,with home cooked food! Although last night food made me very sick after arriving home. Never had that happen with cracker barrel, so still not sure why????

The food was good but the service was slow. The place was busy, as it was during lunch on a Saturday, but this has been my typical experience for this location. Slow, but friendly service and good food. I always love the homey, rustic atmosphere though!

I went this morning with my family, wife and 2 kids...my waitress seems to be very uncomfortable serving HISPANICS! , we waited 45 minutes for our order, and 0 smiles or apologies, cashier same thing...I will not recommend this place at all!

Good service, pretty good food. It didnt seem as fresh as it couldve been, but we did have a large party (6) so I imagine that a couple of our plates had to sit and wait while the others were prepared. Ultimately, I would definitely go back.

Fast, friendly service and hearty portions of comfort food for a few dollars more than a fast food restaurant. Though known for breakfast foods, take a look at lunch and dinner. Their mushroom pot roast us a great meal for a great value.

Great Cracker Barrel location. The food always comes out as ordered and the staff is very friendly. It can get a bit crowded but that just goes to show how good this location is. Has EV parking but you may find a large SUV in the space.

Tasty food. Definitely not health food though. Usually good service Great for breakfast. Totally comfort food. This is not for anyone in a hurry though. Always busy. Will almost always have to wait at breakfast and dinner times.

The special today was campfire chicken. You could smell it as soon as you walked in the door...and it tasted every bit as good as it smelled! And, our waitress was efficient and pleasant. Altogether enjoyable.

Good ol Cracker Barrel....always consistently good. This location is set apart because of the staff! We had a large, rather "chatty" party of moms gathering for lunch, and Raven was so patient and helpful.

Pay no attention to TNVOLMAN This is the number 1 location in the nation with the number 1 server . Great food and great service !!!!! They are always willing to go the extra mile !!
