Walked in with a toddler, wanted to buy a toy caddy, the 3 ft by 5 ft with plastic containers. Asked for help twice, was blown if twice, then t told to ask by the front desk. When I did I was told that theyre really not supposed to do that, and to ask the guy in the blue shirt. Yea, I didnt ask anymore. Pulled 2 carts by myself. Besides, the store is so disorganized, toys that normally are a set are spread all over, toys with no price tags, and if prices are there they are way too high for what theyre asking. I would strongly suggest against it.

Ended up buying a silk houseplant impulse buy from this store, but it was my first time there and I recall thinking as I walked around "this is the filthiest Goodwill Ive ever been in". Stuff scattered everywhere, piles of shoes on the floor as well as on shelves, no rhyme or reason for anything. And, it was all pretty much dirty ready-for-the-trash stuff. I thought that the Farragut area would have some nicer selections, but wont return to that location.

A cavernous location, averaging nothing overtly important or buying for me. Not sure what the deal is with this Goodwill location. In a upscale area, prices seem to be reasonable, ease of parking........and yet I do not have an overt urge to visit again more than a few months in between.

The amount of donations received vs the amount of floor space is out of balance. There must be thousands of articles of clothing / items in the back that they cant put up front due to space constraints. The bathrooms are abysmal.

Its a thrift store, gonna be either hit or miss. I found this one amazing leather jacket there for like $20, but again its all about how lucky you are as to if you find something good that you like in your size

Other reviews are right -- it should be nice, but its not. I dont know if its the lack of staff or what, but it always smells bad, and is junky. Most of the stuff is way over-priced for donated stuff.

It was 20 mins before closing and as I walked up to the door, who I guess to be the owner, locked the door and turned the sign to say closed. I will definitely not give that man my money.

I never seem to find anything at this location, but this store is a paradise for mom. So I usually just walk the dogs outside whilst she shops.

Too high prices for the goodwill I can get brand name clothes at J.c pennys on sale and its new ...Their supposed to help the needed ....

Usually good finds. A little higher priced than most Good Wills I have been to. But alot of the stuff was higher quality to begin with.

Its an average Goodwill the selection this time wasnt that great but its worth checking out on occasion
