really wish i could give this place no stars. This goodwill has new and brand name items but at regular store prices!! why even go here may as well go to the mall and get it brand new, even their fancy little wall of name brand stuff they charge ridiculous prices even if its old, stained or has some kind of defect just because of the name, i thought goodwill is ment to help people not rip their mouths out shame on who Is pricing these items here, i go to Charlotte and lansing goodwill and their brand new shoes are priced at 2.99 this ones got them at 14.99 haha THIS PLACE IS TRASH STAY AWAY!!!!!

I know for a fact they treat their staff horribly. They cut the staffs employee discounts from 30 to 20 percent, and raised their prices. Raises are almost unheard of. These are probably the reasons other reviews say the staff isnt very friendly. If the staff is treated poorly then they arent going to be very friendly. I stopped going because of these reasons. Treat the staff better, lower the prices, and maybe you will be busier.

Been here 3 times now prices on used items are as high or higher then retail. For example a Walmart cast iron frying pan for 19.99 sells at Wal-Mart for 14.99. A bag of 30 rust hot wheels cars for $29.99 cost .99 cents new. Overall there selection of non clothes products are limited and very costly. Also unlike all the other goodwills around the area the employes do not greet you when you come in.

Really pricey for a thrift store that gets everything donated. Sometimes straight up ridiculous. Alot of items are close to brand new store prices. Their brick brack usually has good deals though (kids toys, older electronics, misc kitchen stuff) and that is what makes the store worth it. Staff is polite. Other than that Id suggest St Vincent or VOA if you actually want thrift prices.

I do like the selection. I almost always find things. However, this is a very over priced Goodwill on many clothing items, especially the shoes. I was going to purchase a pair of boots...but $30? I have no complaints on the staff except for an old woman thats always complaining about taking care of things on the unwanted items rack.

They recently began receiving a lot of "new" items that are WAY over priced. Some things you can buy new at Walmart and save money. Their actual used things are usually well priced. I never seem to find anything in their clothing section.

I used to come here all of the time. Not anymore. Its expensive, the prices are frequently wrong, and worst of all, the manager is HORRIBLE. The staff obviously hate their jobs by the language they use. Horrible.

Bought a piece of furniture that my wife was not able to assist with in moving, refused to refund when I havent even left the property. Told to find items to value an exchange or consider it a donation.

Best Goodwill in the area. Great if you need some quality things that wont break the bank. Older electronics are super cheap, needed a cassette tech for an audio tape, they had it under $5.

Staff is not friendly at all and not very customer savvy. They were not willing to help or cooperate to try to make a sale. Many, many of the items were way over priced.
