If I could give negative stars, I would. While the folks up front are always nice and the lady in cosmetics will almost always help you look for coupons, MANY of the people behind the counter in the pharmacy are just plain rude. Maybe they are jaded by seeing too many people selling or otherwise abusing medication, but I am not one of those people and have been treated like a "druggie" on multiple occassions. They have outright lied to me about medications called in from my doctor. I have been told that a prescription wasnt received although it had been called in by my doc and ended up having to make several trips and phone calls to get the true story. It HAD been called in, but no one bothered to look for it until 9:30 in the evening. They did NOT allow me to fill a prescription for a medicine that I am supposed to take every day. The medicine was supposed to be a 30 day supply and I ended up 4 pills short. They ended up making me wait an additional 2 days after 30 days (so 6 days without medicine that I am supposed to take every day) and tried to make me feel like it was my fault, when it is almost certainly an issue with one of their employees either stealing or somehow leaving doses out of my medicine. I am NOT on some crazy drugs that have much if any "street value" and I shudder to think how they would treat me if I were. And let me also say, that I dont look or act like a drug abuser and as far as I know, I have never given them a reason to suspect me of being a drug abuser. They refused to give a good explanation as to why they made me wait an additional 2 days for my medicine and have continued to be rude to me since. I will NEVER get another prescription filled at any Walgreens location again and that is a shame because this used to be my favorite store. I bought everything from medicine to cosmetics to birthday gifts. Not anymore!

I kindly asked the gentleman with the beard (around 11:50 pm) if they card for Nyquil (I couldnt remember with the times I have gotten sick before, which stores do and dont) he said Id need my ID and was at first very polite. I asked him if they could possibly pull up where I have purchased it before at that locaton (since I had an account with them). He said no, then started questioning me, basically had "youre lying" written all over his face. I dont think he believed I am 22. I didnt have the energy to go into detail on how I had drove to work with my fiance, had to leave due to me feeling absolutely sick, (got a ride from someone else so that my fiance could drive my car home after she got off of work) accidentally left my ID in my car at my work which is 45 minutes away, and had borrowed my mothers car who was asleep at the time to go purchase my medicine. His tone was rude and accusing. He then suggested zzzquil because I explained to him the nyquil helps me sleep when I do get sick (I get sinus infections often unfortunately ). I dont need JUST a sleep aid, Im sore, and sick in general with my sinuses as well. He kept mentioning that its got alcohol in it, insulting my intelligence by doing so... I dont recall asking him WHY I needed my ID. I can very well gather that. I found it rude and frankly none of his business as to "how did I get here? Who is with me?" As well as the other questions he asked me. A simple no maam would have sufficed. Not a great experience after being sick all day.

The Pharmacy Stinks.I pulled all my meds..My moms..my kids..anyone I know..I will not recommend..Constant mess ups.My favorite. I get stomach medicine every month.I had an accident so I drop off my pain medicine...I go to pick it up.When they scan it says on the bag and bottle its the pain medicine. .but you open it..its the stomach medicine I already got that month.I take it back in immediately. .(went in drive thru).They give me the pain medicine but cant find my prescription. .so they fill it again..take back the stomach medicine in wrong bag..the other Pharmacist..not the one with the beard, asked the employee where my medicine went? Because at least they admitted. To this crazy mix up!The one with the beard..is the one I always have issue with..and who filled it. She says oh she thought I didnt want it, put it back in big bottle.After that I started counted my medicine, all of it in front of them..holding the line up..it was constantly wrong..so I pulled everything. .The shame is..I love the store..and the employees up front are awesome..The pharmacy. .Well go someplace else! Unless you enjoy being abused mentally and emotionally. (Pharmacist with beard)Very unprofessional way of dealing with sick people..I was a Walgreens Pharmacy client Nationwide for 30 years..This place ruined me!

I recently went in to get some medicine and had a quick easy question for the pharmacy about something for my daughter. A pharmacist with a beard and glasses was very rude when I asked him a simple question about the medicine. Im sure everyone else there is fine, but he just rubbed me the wrong way and thought I should mention it.

Very bad experience picking up my prescriptions today. They apparently were having computer problems, but they lost my prescription twice. It ended up taking four hours to get them filled, and no one seemed apologetic. Terrible customer service.

Went in on Christmas and the pharmacist was very helpful in making suggestions for my sick friend, despite being very busy. The cashier was also very pleasant at check out.

They need to clean out all the negative pharmacy staff that don't realize every person coming their has a story. .We are not just a number. Dislike walgreens
