employees lack product/industry knowledge. Store is poorly stocked and rather cluttered. Sale tags, which change monthly, are never properly posted. Discount codes must be manually typed in, and employees dont keep up with them or remember to apply them. Could go on and on.. The current manager is helpful/knowledgeable, but the store is still messy because the rest of the staff appears to be lazy/poorly trained.
