I had a really bad experience in this store ( fort campbell av , bowling green ky ) I got a hair axtention , and the woman in the store told me this was the perfect match with my hair , next day , when I open it , the long of the hair was shorter than mine , , next day I came back to the store for a refund they said that this hair cant be refund or returned , I explain what hapen to a diferent woman at the store and she was rude telling me that they dont take any hair back, or exchanged for another product, and when I tryed to tell her that was my firts time using extentions and the other ladyk new that because I explaing her when I got the hair, and when I tell the other woman about that she even dont care ....and she just said oh well you have to read the back of the receipt ..I just told her keep the hair and the clips because I can used , and she took it and that it... I lost 25 dollars a....sally is ok if you dont change something , but is ok if you explaing the customer that , this, can be return, I love to buy all kind of hair care and iron and skin product , but I dont think in the future I will come back to any sally store and I will share what happen with all my friends

i bought a wax warmer and wax. they lady that worked there helped me and when i went to return they said no because the worng wax was bought with the warmer. the owner has a serious attitude problem and wouldnt even look me in my face. i will never shop here again and wont recommend this place to anyone ever!
