After buying lunch waiting on my uncle to come by to pick me up for work sometime before 2:40 pm I had two Im assuming shift managers, both female and older, one African and the other Caucasian who called German Town Police Department authorities on me as I was in the stores public lounge where Id ate my food at, while on my phone watching how-to guides and some documentaries on YouTube to learn something and kill time awaiting my uncles arrival. The aforementioned authorities surrounded me around the time the how-to video I was currently watching ended and I was in the middle of choosing another, and one of officers barked at me to get my attention so loudly I had took my earphones off answering back to his commotion. The names of the officers whom I communicated to were Edwards (the one who initiated communication by yelling at me) and the other was Thomas the worse of the two who physically made me feel threatened, intimidated and put me into shock and tremendous fear by him putting his hand on top of his gun and adjusting his utility belt containing the holster of his gun as he took into offensive threatening body language when they rudely spoke to me as he clutched his gun. Edwards told me to "leave now" because Im "on the wrong side of town" "outsiders and foreigners are not allowed here" and when he stated that I repeated what do you mean "outsiders and foreigners are not allowed here" to his response to my response in all calm civility and curiosity of asking what was the reason of me having to leave as Im confused to whats going on (I noticed the two shift managers I aforementioned spectating what was taking as they were smiling and giggling in the nearby hallway) when I wasnt doing anything to disturb store operations seeing I was upstairs in the lounge area minding my own business, typically, and since I hadnt finish shopping (was going to buy another wheat grass shot, since Ive been coming here to the store and eating lunch and cleansing my body out with the wheat grass shots for over the past two weeks) I had the right to know what was the logically explainable reason for authorities being called on me telling me I had to leave the store, without any explained justified reason being reasonably given. {Continued}

Should be zero stars, the only reason I am bumping up to two stars is for the staff. The employees are very friendly and helpful when dealing with them in person. Unfortunately quality control is absent and void. WATCH THE EXPIRATION DATES. Shopping in hurry, Ive brought home so many items that were way expired like $8.00 jar of mayo that expired Nov 2015 (very out of date considering I didnt move to TN until February 2016), also $25.00 Rancher Steaks that expired over a month ago, yogurts, juices, Etc. Not to mention, found a hair on a pizza from prepared foods, threw the entire pizza away and stopped at The Mellow Mushroom on the way home. Shopping here scares me (foodborne illnesses are not a light subject), and I will try to avoid this location.

Well . . . It didnt take long. I have been to a lot of Whole Foods throughout the country. This one is now officially the worst. Empty shelves of the same items for two weeks, unclean floors, tiny soap and cosmetic section, and the worst baggers in the nation. Plus, the cart racks in the parking lot are always full and poorly built (carts always sliding out into the lot). For a brand new store, they have a lot of bugs to work out. After two months, its time to hire a new manager. Im going back to the Memphis WF.

I love The Whole Foods in Germantown TN!1.The hot bar/salad bar has multiple choices with very tempting selections.2.The layout of the store makes it easy to navigate. 3.The range of organic foods is the best in town.4.The staff is very knowledgeable and and accomodating .The checkout clerks are wonderful especially A.J and Lisel.It is a great addition to groceries in E.Shelby County.

No have a good costumer service the people who work there is not friendly .... I order 2 mini cupcakes that the price was 2.75 and the lady put another price of $ 4.50 each. and when I looked, I said and She answer that I had to go to costumer service a despot way. So no return there...

Its better now that they got rid of the fat midget black pornstar who goes by the name "prada thick" that use to sexually harass and stalk me around the store. She was stealing tons of money from whole foods.

Organic lettuce was brown, store was empty, of people, produce and staff. I tried a few times thinking it was an off day, but consistently found this to be true. Hard to believe its a Whole Foods.

Weve been going here since they opened in late 2015. Be sure to try their Vietnamese coffee, available at the creperie. Its just iced coffee with condensed milk in it but its really good!

Whole foods is the best, be careful of the bread slicing machine. I accidentally cut my bread very thinly, and it was still exceptional, just not for the purpose I had.
