Not surprised to come on here and see a bad review for this store for the HORRIBLE customer service!! How about you come into the 21st century and have the ability to find me by phone number in the computer system like every other beauty supply in the area!? The rude old lady at the front treated me like I was trying to lie about Having a license because someone dropped the ball and never entered my information into the system apparently! She said "you should always carry your license, most people carry their licenses " uhh the last time I needed my license was in 2005 when I first signed up with Cosmoprof. My credit card says "Salon jessica" on it and I tried to explain to her Im a suite owner & not lying about it. Mind you, this is all over 3 packs of Bobby pins!!! The nice customer service lady on the phone told her she could override my purchase. When she got off the phone I was given a guilt trip that it "looks bad" on their store to override & the nastiest attitude. The eye rolling, snarky comments and rough handling of the merchandise was completely uncalled for! Moral of the story... Dont go to this store if you want good service! Try The awesome people at SalonCentric , Salon Service Group & State Beauty Supply!!!

The one star is for the product itself. Its nice to get professional products at a discount. We own 6 spas and for our first visit they insisted we bring in our original cosmetology license. A photo of the license with the number on it was not enough. Fine. But, owning several businesses myself I can at least tell you that dropping the term "store policy" multiple times on your customer with an obvious unwillingness or desire to help is maddening. The customer service here in general was a joke. You would really think that they do not want your business at all. There was one employee from the day before who was at least friendly but she was the only one in there nice enough to even offer a smile. When I did search and find my card-sized version of one of my store licenses, I could have sworn they didnt believe it was mine, or real. The rude, discourteous and unhelpful staff member from the day before was whispering to her manager behind the front desk while I was perusing a nearby aisle. Just disgusting. Go to the any other area location. They want your business and arent impossible to deal with.

It was very clean and everything was organized. My only complaint were the women working there. They were extremely rude and made me feel like a complete idiot. They were older so I thought maybe they just thought I was young and dumb but I imagine lots of women my age come in there.

They have always been very courteous and very helpful!
