I woke up at 5 am to get the robin amiibo and was first in line waiting for hours for them to open. Then when they did, i found out that the employees reserved all of the amiibos for their friends, not to mention they bragged about all of the benefits the other gamestops had for pre ordering splatoon while they offered nothing. They specifically told me that they reserved the robin amiibo for their friend because he wouldnt stop nagging them. The staff is unprofessional

Rude clerk, crappy return policy. If you buy a gaming system as a gift DONT OPEN IT, if theres any chance the recipient may want to return it, once opened there are no returns. Better off to buy it at BEST BUY or Walmart. By the way the game system isnt "all inclusive" as I was told, they do not include the HDMI cable, thats another $50.00.

Your run-off-the-mill Gamestop. The staff was nice to me, however, as with every other gamestop in the nation, they cant really help you. You have to do everything online, which begs the question as to why they have actual shops.
