Ive dealt with this Best Buy as both a customer and as a prospective employee. In short, people who work here are rude, unprofessional and dont know anything about their jobs. If you need information about anything you want to buy or otherwise need to do more than go in, pick up a product and pay for it...I would suggest you do some research online first or ask someone else who is knowledgeable. This is especially true if you have a computer issue. I have a background in IT, and after years of dealing with Best Buy/Geek Squad, I can tell you for sure that the people there really dont try hard to solve your computer problems and would do anything to persuade you to spend money/get the latest product even if its not the best for you--including lie. Customer service is not a priority with this BB, and weve been treated a bit better by the BB near Wolfchase. Even when I went in for a job interview, there was me and about 4-5 other people left waiting for a long time--I waited for over an hour--and the interviewer gave no apology or explanation and seemed irritated that I went back to the doorman to remind him that I was waiting. Getting customer service when buying products, the other reviewer is right--no one offers to help. A lot of workers either just stand around, blow right past you or are never in sight. My father also bought a computer from this stores location a few months ago and was charged twice for it. Furthermore--and this is the case with any BB--everything is overpriced, but especially the Geek Squad. Let going to BB be a last resort for ANYTHING you need--you will spend less on products ordering them online from Amazon or Ebay even with shipping/handling, and you would get better, more knowledgeable computer service asking a friend who knows about computers or doing an internet search on your issue. If you need anything like buying/installing a hard drive or memory, or getting rid of viruses...these are fairly simple things you can do yourself. BB will overcharge you for your lack of knowledge and awareness. You would be shocked to know how easy it is to put in a hard drive or a DVD drive vs how much BB charges you.

My experience is same as those written before me. I had gone to the store to buy an i-phone. There were 4 bestbuy cust service ppl, all attending only one customer.Nobody even cared to talk to me.I waited there for 40 min. this cust. service guy avoided eye contact with me.after a while he went away(took a break) and came back only to look at his own cellphone, texting someone while I was waiting.I asked the man at the entrace but his rude remark made me go to customer service where again, the lady went to that guy and discussed to tell me that the product I was looking for is out of stock!( i could actually hear them telling "tell him we dont have 16GB here"!!) i asked for their manager, and even the manager was missing and I would have had to wait for manager !! what a store !!! (i had read good things about BestBuy in many books!)Please do not go there.customer is most ignored thing in there.this BestBuy SUCKS.ridiculous, pathetic experience.....

As I wait for a Best Buy employee to help me out, I thought Id write this review. Ive been waiting for over 15 minutes on a non busy day. 10 employees have walked past me in the car electronics department. Two people have radioed another employee to come help me 3 times but no one has arrived yet. The management team working in the morning shows no enthusiasm on their faces, the department employees seem to be rushing through conversations and not trying to find out what the customer wants. I can just see all of this from a distance. After 20 minutes, a gentleman did come to assist me. He wasnt wearing a name badge so couldnt give him a shoutout. I remember when I worked at Best Buy I was very happy to have a job and assist anyone looking for anything with a 100% effort and a smile. Maybe they need to instill a little fun here with the employees cause it does not seem as if they are having fun.

Went to the geek squad to trade in my working Windows Xp laptop to get $100 credit for the macbook I was considering buying in store. Mac cost over $1k so its good to get $100 credit for my old laptop barely in use. The geek squad gal was so dvmb to know to select recycle and then answer YES when computer ask "does computer boots to Xp?" to give $100 credit for the laptop model is not listed in their database. I prefer to talk to geek squad manager and hes was found more dvmb and clueless than the gal. Their corporate really need to think about who they are hiring. I took my business somewhere else and spent money that was well worth it. I stepped in to their store after almost 4 years and guess what? never gain.

Ive had a great experience here on several items; folks are helpful. My 85+ yo parents ordered a refrigerator for delivery. The fridge was not installed properly. The doors rubbed each other upon opening each door. The door ice maker service wires were not properly tethered as they flopped out of the uninstalled floor face-plate onto the kitchen floor (trip hazard). However, they took the unit on trade for a much higher priced model even after the exchange period. My parents are very happy with the new fridge as well as the big screens and other items recently purchased.

This is my go to for my technical fix. I love high tech gear and they always seem to fit the bill. Any time I get that need to fill my wants I go here. The staff is better than most Best Buys I have been to. It seems that in my experience any other Best Buy I have traveled to the staff is there to just take up space. Here I do not have to chase down staff for assistance, they come to me. I like that allot.....It is good to see the younger staff there knows how to recognize when some one needs assistance and follows up on that.

Bought my TV here as well as a few games and hardware. Darrel helped me out with purchasing a TV and a stand for it. He was a pretty cool guy and gave recommendations and told me what TVs work best for what certain people look for. The guy at the front was nice as well and carried my sound bar out to my car for me without my even asking. The geek squad that installed it later was great too. I havent had experience with Rude people here as the above comments.

Typical Best Buy. Do I need to say more? I am in market for a TV and of course, they do their best to sell a much higher priced unit. The one that I wanted to buy wasnt hooked up and the guy went: "Well, this is 2015 model, I do not recommend getting this one and hence it is not hooked up... " Guess they lost a potential buyer. They are just not interested in selling older gear, which in most cases can be bought online even cheaper.
