Horrible experience with this guy (Clayton) running the store. He tried to charge me $40.00 over the online price of a product that is advertised as $61.99 on the store shelf, invited me to renew my Gold card saying I would get the card renewal to pay for itself and also get $10.00 off the Whey Protein product at the same time. He takes 5 seconds to process the transaction and when I see the receipt, he has billed me for $72 when according to what he said verbally, it would have been $42.00 + tax. When I notice this, I ask for a credit on the entire transaction. He repeatedly asks for my credit card and drivers license and take an entire 20 minutes to process the credit, and also tells me that the Gold card renewal cannot be credited. This GNC store is a RIPOFF.

I have been to this location numerous times for the past few years. Not once have I been to a supplement store with staff this knowledgeable on what theyre doing. A man by the name of Clayton has been assisting me with most of my purchases, if not all of them. With his help and his knowledge, I have most definitely been noticing gains in my lifts and am pleased with the result. I am a more than satisfied customer and will continue to return to this GNC location.
