I havent been to the health store, but the cafe is great! First, I love the atmosphere because it feels calm and relaxing, and the people who work there are friendly. The interior reminds me of a nice ski lodge surrounded by huge windows, so it feels very open. The items Ive had were: 1) breakfast bagel with egg and avocado (I added sprouts and tomatoes) - best breakfast sandwich ever, and it filled me up for hours. 2) Beet and black bean burger - Good veggie burgers are hard to find (and Ive tried a lot), but this one is it. Its juicy inside, but the outer part is crunchy with a delicious aioli flavor. I dont think youll find a better veggie burger. I had mine with coleslaw and its not like the ones you see at the grocery store because it had fresh red cabbage and carrots served with a really nice dressing. 3) buffalo burger - lean and flavorful, but not dry. Its filling, too, so you can share with a friend or eat it all yourself. I could. I also had a sample of their curry lentil soup (the flavors were so spot on) and their banana bread smoothie, which I highly recommend. The smoothie has bananas, almond milk, rolled oats, dates, and some other good stuff. Not too sweet, but filling. This could be a really tasty and healthy meal replacement. I think they take their time to prepare the dishes (which is a good thing), so its not recommended to come here if youre in a hurry. Luckily, you can call ahead and order.

Springs of Life in consistently delicious! Breakfast and lunch is served all day. The cafe is open Monday - Friday, and the nutrition store is open Monday - Saturday. If youre looking for a place with a friendly atmosphere, delicious food and free WiFi ... Look no further, youve found it at Springs of Life...only 3 minutes from downtown Covington.

Best kept lunch secret for downtown Covington. Everything is excellent, fresh, quality ingredients, cheerful ambiance. You cannot go wrong here. Pressed juice available. Knowledgeable staff in Cafe and store.

This place is incredible. You wont find a more healthy dining solution in Covington. I always get the Paleo breakfast. Delicious! Great service and friendly staff.
