Me parece que hace la tienda tiene poca mercancía y muy revuelta, he visitado otras y me parecen mejor surtidas . pero lo peor fue la cajera, una chica de color nada amable, parece q me estaba regalando las cosas, no volveria

Waited in line 20 minutes for one checker over 20 people waiting no one came to help and a so called assistant manager just stood there while people put their stuff back and walked off. Rude employees lack of customer service I wont be back

Ok, so i have gone to multiple ross stores, this one has little variety of anything thats nice. Once i went to one in Florida and spent like 350 dollars in one sitting because i couldnt believe everything had. This ine is hit and miss.

I bought some bedding from them, and when I got home I opened the package to find that..the blanket was ripped, the whole set was used..I ended up find dryer sheet inside the sheets when I pulled them out. Watch what you Buy...

Great prices, but I wasnt wowed. I shopped different locations, but the local Ross seems to always be understocked. Several times I have been in and thought they were going out of business.

Essentially its a TJMaxx but cheaper! Great prices! Wide variety of mens, womens, juniors, and kids clothes AND shoes! Their home goods/art is nice, too!

Not enough cashiers lines are long and staff is usually snobby.. but they have cute clothes and home goods
