terrible service, "Sidney" some sort of manager made no attempt to help me or to resolve a price issue... I found the exact same item @ another store for $13 cheaper after she refused to do a price adjustment for me. My time here was a waste & she should not be working in customer service

Im in Old Navy killing time and I came across jeans that was 19.94 original sticker, but it seems as if they are marking them up to 22.99 and then putting them on sale for 20% off. So are we getting them on sale for the original price. Sad business practices Ild Navy!
