I recently shopped at Marshalls and I purchased the very last pair of suede boots that were on display. They had a giant snow salt foot print on one and I thought I could wash them at home. I asked the cashier about a discount for those being the display and he clearly seen the stain. He said sure hold on a second and the manager came. When she came he told her and she tried to dust them off and told me, "No we dont give a discount for display shoes." She explained that it was a snow print on th he shoe that I could just try and clean them off and that they couldnt offer me anything on the shoes. I didnt think I was being unreasonable but a good Manager would have done it seeing that a customer comes into their store to purchase new things not especially displayed things. Open box items even have a red tag in them. My boots didnt even have a box for them they couldnt find it in their junky shoe section. At least the cashier tried to offer me which means the manager could have.

I bought a pair of nikes size 12 every pair of nikes Ive owned for the last six years were that size. These were obviously defect and thats how they ended up at Marshals the were basketball shoes I didnt realize they were defect until I was playing in them. Dispite the fact that they simply were marked the wromg size Marshals would not exchamge them and i am currently out 40 dollars. The mannager had a limited understanding of quality of service. I understand they dont take back used product but she didnt understand the product was proven defective after use.. Never going back and wouldnt recommend the place to anyone.

Im always so impressed with the number of things I want to buy when I go here. The unique and different items are wonderful. I dont necessarily come here to shop for clothes though. My favorite part is the kitchenware, stationary, home decor, lotions, food items and kids toys. This place is great for birthday shopping. Its always a very enjoyable and pleasant shopping/browsing trip when I go. The store wasnt too crowded with merchandise and it was clean.

This store is a lesser version of other Marshalls stores Ive been to. It is not well-managed, as evidence by the dirt on the floor everywhere and the piles of clothing. Clothing is often differently priced and clearance items are in a mess towards the back. Items are often damaged or broken because of the lack of placement. The TJ Maxx across the street is better organized! Such a shame!

Bandism Entertainment

I was greeted right as I came in and a very pretty manager (Jessica) helped me find some pants that I was looking for and helped me find everything I needed. The line was about 5 people deep all the cashiers got me out of there speedy. Nothing but good things to say. I will be back for sure!

If I can give no star at all I would, but everything because of the store manager she is horrible she has the worst attitude ever, she needs to take some customer services classes to know how to speak with customers, horrible, horrible, she thinks that she is talking to kids not adults.

Prices are nice but it can be difficult to find good things that are not heavily picked over. Rarely do I find something I like enough to buy.
