Warning. Customer Service and Correct Hours are not available. To reward our kids on their good grades, we followed up on our promise to do our traditional quarterly celebration and take them to Krispy Kreme (Brentwood - Mallory Lane store) for donuts. I called in advance and had a very unwelcoming conversation with the KK employee when I asked how late they would be open. I was told 9:00pm. After gathering all 3 kids and getting them into the car (no easy task, especially after a full workday), we headed to Krispy Kreme -(Brentwood, TN). We arrived in plenty of time and walked to the door. An employee rushed to the door, locked it, and walked away. Closed. 8:34pm. Again, this happened at the Krispy Kreme on Mallory Lane in Brentwood, TN on Tuesday, June 6th at 8:34pm. We left and treated the kids shakes at Sonic instead. The whole experience was very disappointing We will not return again.

I have had several bad experiences with this KK, closest to my home. Rude servers, incorrect orders, long waits, and the most mystifying of all - mornings with no hot glazed doughnuts. This morning I drove through, waited over 10 minutes in line, pulled up to the window and was promptly informed that they had "no hot glazed and no chocolate glazed" - this was 7:20 a.m. I ordered a lemon-filled doughnut and a cup of coffee - two items - had to repeat my order, pulled up to the window, where there was no apology for the wait and no "thank you" when I paid and pulled away. I opened up my bag to find - a raspberry filled doughnut. Sigh. Disappointed too many times - I wont be going back.

I really enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts. I cannot have them often so I really look forward to when I can get one. We stopped by on St. Patricks day to get some green donuts. There was only one person ahead of us and there were two people behind the counter trying to help him. After he stepped away to the register with the manager. Everybody disappear so we had to stand and wait on the manager to complete her register duties and drag back over to the server counter. While she was at the register, another worker was over at the drive-thru pretending to do something useful. At $10 a dozen you would think they would have better service. I will not be going to this location again.

For 1145am on a Sunday these guys could not get it together. They had no coffee whatsoever and were out of many of their donuts. The girl said to give her a couple minutes and 15 minutes later, after we were finished with donuts, the coffee was finally ready. At that point I wasnt interested in coffee as we were running errands right after, so I asked for a refund on the drink. She was kind enough to void the whole transaction for the inconvenience, but wed never go back here. The assistant manager was cleaning and sweeping, and without even washing her hands out gloving up, she was serving food right after. Nasty!

Bought a dozen donuts at 7am. Half were dried out and stale, mostly the specialty donuts. Thought the point of buying donuts early in the morning meant you got fresh ones? The third time in a row Ive gone here and their ice cream machine is down. Please stop advertising you sell ice cream if you dont want to sell it. Was pressured into buying a calendar with coupons I more than likely wont use. Left feedback of my visit on the online contact form on the website and got no response so apparently they dont care to hear about poor experiences.

This location used to be super, but lately the service and doughnuts are not as good. Very poor customer service. Filled doughnuts dont have as much cream inside. When I mentioned this to a manager, she checked one and agreed, yet she did not proceed to completely fIll the one I bought. Last night, the pumpkin spice doughnut I bought looked like a mini doughnut. It definitely wasnt full size.

GROSS!!!! Went through around 9:30 p.m. in the drive-thru and ordered plain glazed doughnuts. Got back to our hotel and they were flat, nasty and pretty much had no glaze. Its a sad day when I pass up a Krispy Kreme....it was almost like they didnt have any yeast in them or something.

If you are remodeling and cant make donuts fresh then just close the store. The donuts were all out on the main floor in bins and a couple of kids were putting their hands all over them while they were in line. Not exactly sanitary. And on top of it they were cold and stale.

HORRIBLE customer service. The kid in the drive thru was rude and very impatient. I understand the job probably doesnt pay well and he has to deal with some difficult customers but I wasnt one of them and didnt appreciate his lack of customer service and people skills.

Ordered glazed donuts. Wanted them hot and Sheree, the woman waiting on me seemed angry at my request. Also ordered an iced coffee. The coffee was worse than McDonalds and contained no ice. Not happy with my experience, but the donuts were wonderful.

I like Krispy Kreme...i really do...EXCEPT having to look at some dudes ass hanging out because he doesnt know how to wear his pants. Belt below your ass ladies and gentlemen means youre using the belt in abway other than it was meant ti be used.

I felt the worker was rude and impatient when my wife was just trying to ask a question. This place is usually great but this was a disappointment to me. If they were busy I could understand to some degree but store was not busy.

The sweet treats are obviously delicious.. but more than that, I had a great experience this afternoon with a wonderful employee named Gregory! Such a kind and thoughtful gentleman. I highly recommend this location!

Espresso machine was broken (in spite of signs all over the outside of the store advertising espresso drinks) and the cream for the coffee was curdled. Staff were friendly and attentive, in spite of issues.

My donut was stale and cold as ice .. Very disappointed as a tourists I just wanted to feel like I was home again and Ive never had a donut like that back home .. So sad .. So so sad :(

Upscale Krispy Kreme...Didnt know there could be an upscale Krispy Kreme but, there is. Service was good and you cant beat a Krispy Kreme donut its the best!

Only go when the donuts are fresh, otherwise they are as hard as a rock. Sometimes their coffee and frozen drink machines dont work.
