This was our second visit in as many months, and it wasnt particularly good. First, the good. Our server did a very good job dealing with a bad situation created by the kitchen. My wife ordered the trout with turnip greens and fried apples and wanted both biscuits and corn bread. The trout was heavily peppered, had to get a replacement for that. When it was first delivered it came with the greens and apples, no biscuit or corn bread. After the manager came out she got new trout and a new order of greens, still no bread (she mixes corn bread into the greens). I ordered the country fried steak with fried apples, mac n cheese, green beans and biscuits and corn bread. Delivered without the mac n cheese and my apples were about half the size of my wifes. The beans, I dont know what they were cooked in but there was a sheen on them and what looked like oil on my plate. Took one bite, left an oily taste in mouth and just didnt taste good at all. Got a replacement but when they were brought out they were swimming in something oily, asked for fries instead. When we talked to the manager she assured us the bread would be a couple of minutes and the mac n cheese was coming out of the oven. When it was brought out it was pretty soupy, like the sauce didnt have a chance to set. Still no bread, apparently when the batch came up it was grabbed by other servers before ours could get to it, just our luck. When we asked, we were told it would be 5 more minutes. By this time we had eaten everything else we had ordered and just wanted to leave. They did give my wife a go order of the greens and comped one of our meals, but thats just too little too late. As I mentioned, this was the second visit in as many months, had the same issue with the bread at the last visit. This could very well be the last time we go to this location.

I wouldve given No stars if possible. My scrambled eggs were runny as well as my grandsons. Toast was burnt, hash brown casserole was burnt and nasty looking as well as edges of pancake. Manager said it was supposed to be that way on pancake. Thats how they know center is done. The waitress said when she put plate down with casserole that she wouldnt eat it either and handed him a side dish instead of taking the other off and putting new. They brought another egg and pancake for grandson but not my 2 eggs. Nor replaced toast. Waitress, hostess and manager were very curt and not very up on customer service. I and grandson just pushed plates aside and told them to take away. We paid full bill and left a good tip regardless because I was taught better than to treat customers rudely.. Will never return or recommend. This was my 3 rd bad visit at Cracker Barrel restaurants.. Dont know why but it needs some attention..

Waited a long time for food to arrive. Two other tables that arrived after us got there food before us. I ordered a kids 2 pancakes no butter...she said bacon or sausage so I took the bacon. Hubby had medium steak, bk potato & salad. I had the fish dinner, Mac n cheese and hashbrown casserole. We both took the choice of biscuits w the meal. Order comes after I asked y it was taking so long, 1 pancake w butter. Bk potato looked as if had been cooked 2 days, steak was well, hash brown casserole was cool and tasted old. Brought a plate of sliced tomatoes not ordered and no biscuits! They corrected the pancake meal and took off the tomatoes. The kids meal I ordered should have been 4.xx but ended up being 6.xx...I thought bacon came with it because SHE asked which he wanted! On a positive note, the fish and Mac n cheese was delicious!!!! Not worth the $38 charged!!!!

What can be said about Cracker Barrel that is new to anyone who already loves the place? Cracker Barrel did not disappoint whatsoever during my last visit. I arrived around 3:50 in the afternoon for a rendezvous with my wife. I arrived first so I placed the orders, 8 oz sirloin and country fried steak. I stress to the waitress that the dinner was last minute and that my wife needed to leave by 4:30. Given that we were ordering steak she said that it might not cook in time. However, the food can around 4:10. We ate and left by 4:30 with no complications. and the food was really good. Took a doggy bowl home with me and extra biscuits. If youre looking for a great quiet place to have a meal with great service, go to Cracker Barrel. They will never disappoint.

Waited about 15 min to be seated just like we were told the wait was estimated to be. We were seated && greeted right away by our waitress, she was very friendly && took notice in our 1 year old son, she was very sweet && sociable. Our food arrived within 25/30 min after ordering. I ordered the chicken fried steak && my fiancé ordered the catfish. Service was amazing, food was perfect. The reason for only 4 stars is because it was very crowded && given that it was the lunch rush, guest had barley any room to get around.. every lane was so narrow, I didnt understand how servers were expected to miniver through the aisle.. it was very poorly spaced, but everything else was great, we will return soon!

Our server was Sherry, our food arrived, was not as ordered gravy was delivered by another waitress and told us the cook didnt read the order right and was cooking more onions and it would be brought right away. Onions never came and we never saw Sherry AGAIN! No refills of tea, we ate our food, still NO waitress, we got ready to leave and another waitress stopped us to ask if she could help us, all we wanted was our ticket to pay and leave! She got our ticket from Sherry and we paid and left. This is not the First time we have encountered this at this location. This WILL be our last visit.

We have ate here many many times. The food is always great and the service is superb. A while back, my family and I had the great fortune to have Jami as our server. She is such a delight and one of the best that we have had. We always ask to to be seated in her area and have never been disappointed. She gets our order quickly and then delivers the food just as fast. Our little one even eats broccoli now, thanks to her. She has totally won him over. Jami has made this restaurant our favorite with her sunny disposition and great attitude...such an asset.

I love cracker barrel. The food is outstanding. Service is amazing. So hospitable. Had a rising star server named lindsey, but had a different way of spelling it. She knew her menu, had an amazing personality, and took great care of us. The food was amazing. I had meatloaf, mac&cheese, broccoli casserole, and green beans with hot fresh biscuits, and my boyfriend had the best blueberry pancakes Ive ever eaten. This place is living up to its long lived country hospitable reputation. Will becomr a regular at this location.

A party of 9 was taken into dine before our party of 5 when we arrived at least 25 minutes earlier. Hanna the hostess was upset because our family wouldnt take a table for 4 when we had 4 adults and a 12 year old. Very disappointed in the way we were treated by her. We are Cracker Barrel fans...but not one of this one. By the way our waitress was great! Thanks Brandy!
