High prices. Typical goodwill NON PROFIT in a NEW BUILDING. Ever wonder why a NON PROFIT store that receives donations from the people to give to the people is in multiple new buildings around the country? Low overall inventory turnover. Its a visit once in a while store. I stop by the store every two months and still see some of the same items for sale and some new. Safety , easily accessible off county highway, cleanliness, handicap accessible doors and staff are great. Bathrooms?
