What went Well: -I was greeted immediately upon arrival. -Employees "up front" were professional and well spoken -Pulled car in within 15 mins Areas of Opportunity: -Better train Tire Techs -Long wait to diagnose problem with tire (took 45 mins, 2 techs +1 mgr) while in stall -Managers need training regarding consultations and developing problem solving skills. Always suggest/offer solutions to your customers, its what you do. If not, why do we need you? -Train tires techs to replace all rim accessories including "custom" valve caps, after new tires are installed. Customers please double check before and after techs begin and complete service for your tire/rim accessories -Treat ALL customers with the same level of service (I was asked to pull my own car out of shop). Note- I asked them to pull my car out of stall and they honored my request. In Summary- I didnt find that the managers and tire techs were very knowledgeable concerning their business (things relevant to tires). Customers come to this company because were not well versed in "tires", youre supposed to be the "experts" regarding this matter. Remember, having a consultation with your customers and offering "solutions" is a part of Customer Service. I personally wont be back to this location, but I hope that customers will read this review and make mental notes to ensure they receive proper service.

After looking at several reviews of other Discount Tires and NTB, I definitely wanted to give this location a try. I went in because my spare tires valve needed to be replaced and my right rear tire was somehow losing air (both of my tires were in good condition). I scheduled my appointment online for the next day early in the morning. I initially couldnt make my appointment though, so I gave them a call, and was able to re-schedule a slot 30 minutes later. When I arrived, I was able to speak with Stephen at the front, who then had my vehicle looked at right away, as per my scheduled appointment. It took about 30 minutes to get my valve replaced on my spare and the nail removed and puncture fixed on my other tire. This might have been a best case scenario, but I wasnt charged for the minor fixes probably because of the overall condition of my tires. While waiting, I listened to a couple other customer interactions, and the reps all were friendly, seemed to be very knowledgeable, and were not pushy to sell the other customers on something they did not really need. Overall, excellent experience!

Easily one of the best, most customer oriented businesses I have dealt with in any product category. These guys regularly air up my tires for free and I had my last flat fixed expertly for free in about 30 minutes. I am now buying a fairly expensive set of 5 tires to go on my FJ Cruiser and have had to cancel about 5 service appointments because of illness. Not once have I experienced a moment of irritation or impatience from any of the people I have dealt with at this amazing shop. Not to mention that nobody does a better, quicker job of installation. mounting and balancing tires than these guys do. I would like to thank B.J., Mark. David, Chris and Hayden for their patience and amazing customer service. No way would I take my FJ Cruiser anywhere else for tires even if I lived in South America, these guy are that good!! 6 stars out of 5 and my very, very highest recommendation!!

I been deployed a year and my father took my car in to Copperas Cove Discount Tires for service. These fools sold him the wrong tires and had the wrong vehicle info in the system. When i got back i noticed my car screeched when i made hard turns or uturns period. Took it to firestone & they showed me where the tire info did not match the sticker on the side door. So i took it to a discount tire in dallas since i relocated and they knew what the issue was just by looking at my vehicle. They fixed the issue since im under warranty but im disappointed in my hometown doing me dirty. Never again. I got all types of rub marks on the car because we were unaware. It even pops up red for no good or too big in the system. They should of known better! Thank you Dallas! Super friendly and nice & didnt charge me nothing crazy. Warranty starts over too.

Discount tire was my fav tire place but not anymore. Week ago, I called couple other DT to get an "idea" price. Both of place gave me same price on the phone with same brand tire. So today, i called this place and i asked to see if they carry my tire size in stock. Guy on the phone was very rude. OK...Since this place was close from where i am at that time so i decided to just go in (I also had great experience with DT many times and i did trust DT). Talked to manager and told him what other places price, he gave me weird face and told me its impossible. I walked away with smile... No its not because price, DT used to be NOT like this. They usually help you to get you what you need or want and do what they can do for customers. But this place wasnt... Well they can not make every customer happy and busy location...i understand.

I have only been to this location once and it was extremely busy, so I had no choice but to grin and bear it. However, I had the pleasure of working with the assistant manager and received excellent customer service. I came in on a Monday night to get two new tires mounted, but didnt realize until after I left that they accidentally mixed up the spare tire on my car. They were supposed to dispose of my old spare tire, and use my current tire as my new spare, since I just had two new tires put on. I went back the next morning to get the correct spare tire back, but it had already been picked up by the disposal truck. To make up for the trouble, the assistant manager gave me a brand new tire at no charge to use as my new spare. It was hectic having to make two trips but it was worth it in the end. Keep up the great work!

Showed up about 30 mins before open (thanks daylight savings time) and was the first one there. About 6 people waiting for the doors to open and some entitled Longhorn ass in a beamer speeds up and tries to cut to the front of the line when they are about to open ahead of all the other people who had been waiting. Fortunately they staff saw this and helped everyone else first and gained my respect. Plus I had a 13 min turn around time from handing over my keys to getting them back and driving off after a tire rotation and balance. Awesome service, Longhorns be damned.

We were in town on vacation when one of our tires kept losing half its pressure overnight. The tires were bought at the Discount Tire back home less than a year prior, so we pulled in here to get it checked. Nail in the tire. They had us patched and ready to go in no time. Fast, friendly, and professional. Any car problems (no matter how minor) are even more of a pain when you are away from home on vacation, but the guys here took care of us and got us right back on the road. Excellent shop!
