Okay, so personally this experience wasnt too bad. I got fleece, which has good quality, and faux fur. The faux fur was of horrible quality and started balding the minute it came home. It was impossible to brush through. The custom service was also lacking. While the lady who helped me was nice, she was side tracked and kept complaining about other coworkers and how they need to be "at the front desk with her," and "doing their job." I will not be returning to that particular store again

This Jo-Ann Fabrics is somewhat disappointing, compared to others. It is small with a more limited selection across all departments. This one hasnt been updated anytime recently. So, its still a good place to go for fabric if needed, but wouldnt be my first choice. If you can take the time to drive to another one that has been updated, go there.

I am so glad I foud this place nearby. They have some really cool stuff and great prices and coupons. I use the app on google play so when I get to the checkout its so much faster and convient. I may not always appreciate the inexperience of some of the staff, however I try to overlook that part due to the great money saving deals.

Disorganized, dirty, severe lack of inventory - especially in fabric - which was incredibly surprising. It reminded me more of a quickly thrown together garage sale than a true fabric and craft store. This store is begging to go out of business as fast as possible.

Very helpful - I needed some cloth and I was TOTALLY out of my element! They didnt treat me like I was stupid,but helped me get what I needed. Go after lunch because it seems that the rush hours are first thing in the morning (based on 3 different visits).

I dont think this store really wants to sell things to people. If you have a sworn enemy, give them a Jo-Ann’s gift card. If you like magical math and dysfunctional relationships then this might be the place for you.

The store is clean and organize. Great staffs, they asked me twice that do I need their help. Great fabric and sewing supply, I recommend this store. I also can use my coupon on my phone. I will come again
