I love the Michaels in Rock Hill, SC. There is so much to look at there and every week there is a 50% off coupon! I was recently in there just before close and a cashier named Amanda helped me. She was very nice and pointed out an extra 25% coupon that I could use. I then realized Id forgotten my wallet. She held my stuff and when I returned was just as polite and helpful as could be. Amanda exhibited superior customer service and made my shopping experience delightful.

I like Michaels they have a lot of items to offer for every crafter. However being a crocheter, there is never anything new. Its the same stuff all the time and the prices are okay. I always use a 40% off coupon when i go in there. I tend to just go in and get what i need and get out. Michaels is a great store but just not my favorite.

Great deals, lots of awesome stuff, and the staff are very helpful. The only issue I have is with the location. Coming into or leaving the parking area by Tinsley can be difficult, because of the way traffic can be. If it is busier, go down to the next entrance next to Olive Garden, it will be safer and less stressful.

The inventory is typically decent and varied. There have been a few occasions when entire sections of products have been empty hooks, however. Ive never been to any other store where one or two people ahead of you equals a "line". Slowest.checkout.ever.
