Always willing to help. However, the returns service is a NIGHTMARE if you dont have your receipt! With no receipt they have to look everything up in old flyers they keep in a notebook. With as much money as HL makes a year, you would think they could hire someone to create electronic flyers to help expedite the process. But, she was helpful, and I tried to remain calm! Ill just remember to keep my receipts for HL!

Tons of items to choose from. If you are at all crafty then youll probably think you went to heaven in this place. I had no idea there were so many different types of hobbies. They also have lots of things to decorate your home or office. Lots of themes to pick from. Try to spend some time there so youll be able to see all of the different types of things they have to offer.

Outstanding customer service from the co- manager who stopped what he was doing to walk me over to summer items. I needed help finding galvanized bucket. Cashier Tiffany was bubbly and friendly. Absolutely love this place. Had unpleasant service across the street, so this ended the shopping day on good note.

If you have an artistic bone in your body or would like to have one, this is the place for you. I am in here every two or three days. the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to answer your questions. they offer classes in various arts and crafts. There is almost always a sale on something.

Rude associates and management. Co Manager Chris failed to satisfy this customers complaint with any empathy and compensatory action. Overpriced. Slow lines. Poor selection. Shop elsewhere for art supplies.
