The selection is nice and they frequently have a lot of items on sale. But the wait for checking out is unbearably long. This is especially difficult the during times when Im shopping with my young children. Be prepared to wait in line at least 15 minutes to check out. The wait is even longer when the people in front of you are buying multiple single glass ornaments that the cashiers have to wrap, etc. The management seems to only want other registers open in extreme cases because Ive only ever seen three open at a time even when the lines are four people deep. Ive also had trouble getting help reaching items on the top shelves...having the sales rep say shell get someone and then forgetting. This has happened to me multiple times. So all in all I would say that customer service isnt necessarily a top priority. But having clean isles, a nice selection of items and sales is a priority. Which is okay, hence the three star rating. I may just start shopping online to avoid lines. They bother me that much.

I love hobby lobby and this location is nice and has a great selection. My problem is with customer service. The lady who is mostly at the cutting counter is rude. Every time Im in there to get fabric she questions me on whether or not Ive sewn with the fabric Im purchasing and asks what Im making. That would be fine if it was friendly, but she says it in a very condescending way like I dont know what Im doing. Also, I would rather not be questioned when I buy fabric. Cant you just cut it and let me be on my way? If I had questions about it I would ask. Also she was rude to another customer that had asked a question about returns. Her attitude is like she looks down on everyone and doesnt want to be there. I wish I remembered her name but her hair is brown and always down and she has her glasses up on top of her head pretty much everytime. Either way, she needs to chill and stop being so rude. Im plenty fine with taking my business elsewhere.

The casher was to busy talking to the customer about nails if I did not put my items on the register I believe she would kept talking instead of attending the customer, plus she didnt even scan the items to see if there were on sale I stated to her why didnt you scan the items to see if they were on sale & she inform me that she knows that they are not on sell but how on earth will she know if she didnt even try & all items she rang up on the same price & same # NO serial # was scanned so you need to check the service she gives to tje customer, casher Ms. Saran E. / S-323 / R-1 / T-9110.

Hobby Lobby has a variety of craft supplies and other hobby supplies/home decor. The fabric/pattern/sewing supply area of the store does not have quite the selection/variety as some of the other local craft stores. They did have a good selection of Marvel super hero decor that happened to be on sale during our visit. Also, make sure to get the Hobby Lobby app if you want to get the digital coupons on your phone- No Clipping, just show your phone at checkout.

My experience started off really bad. I asked two different associates for help, they were not very helpful at all. They made me want to leave the store. Than I asked Mary for help and she was very helpful. She redeemed my perspective of this store. After talking with Mary, Brook came to help in a different area. Brook was awesome. Had it not been for Mary and Brook, I would not have visited this store again. Customer service means everything to me.

Its a big box stores that sells everything hobby from flowers to furniture. The parking lot is large and and easily accessible. Discounts are frequent and the staff, while not consistently as knowledgeable as smaller stores who specialize, is nice enough. The store is clean and well lit. Dont the highest quality products and tools, but this is essentially the Walmart of hobby stores.

Crafter Heaven. This store is always very clean, and the staff is very nice, even if dealing with a difficult customer. While I was here a woman was yelling at one of the workers because her silk flowers were missing a petal. Yeah. The selection is fantastic here, and the staff are usually pretty knowledgeable if you have a question. I love coming here and always look forward to it!

Very nice Hobby Lobby. Very clean, well- organized, and an excellent selection of art, craft, floral, party, seasonal, home decor, and furniture items. Their sales are excellent. About half the store is 40-50% off at any given time. The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful.

I love Hobby Lobby! Everything you need and some things you dont need. Well stocked. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Always have 40% off coupons. Clean, organized....i could go on and on but you get the picture...I love Hobby Lobby!

I like this Hobby Lobby a lot. It is kept clean and the workers are always friendly and helpful. Im in to thread crafts and they always have whatever color I need. One thing that is too bad is that they dont carry any types of craft magazines anymore.

Lots of home decore including holiday things.download the app or get the emails for 40% off an item however they use it on the cheapest item u are About to purchase so dont have a candy bar or inexpensive item on the same ticket.

I went when they were pretty busy and they opened up additional check out lines so the wait was cut in half! Their shelves are always stocked. Dont forget to use the coupon they have on their site!
