This location has repeatedly made mistakes with our prescriptions. We repeatedly have to return for corrections. Staff needs to be more accurate in filling prescriptios! My husband received a call that his medicine was ready, so we went to pick it up. No medicine! They checked back and his prescription was not entered correctly causing another trip to the pharmacy. In the mean time I realized I was out of one of my medications. This last mistake made me very angry with their service! We go faithfully to our doctor every 6 months and 90 day prescriptions with one refill should last the entire time. I ran short on medication by quite a few days taking only what is prescribed even with forgetting to take it once in a while. I even had extra left from last time, but ran out. Something was wrong with mine also! I thought mine probably had not been done correctly as both prescriptions were done at the same time. Last time mine was refilled I must have been given 90 instead of 180 ( twice a day). I know this is what they did because I had the short bottle instead of the tall bottle like my husband received for the same medication. After arguing with the pharmacist, she finally gave me 20 of the pills to last me until my next regularly scheduled appointment. I guess I am going to have to start counting the pills. Yes, I paid for 180 of the pills and she literally said too bad we cannot check that they only gave me half. This will be the last time we use this location. We will use the cvs at the back gate.

I fill all my prescriptions RELIGIOUSLY at CVS in NC. Im on vacation and was told NOTHING would be a problem filling my script out state and once I get to SC am being told they need to verify my prescription when its a holiday. Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CVS

Have filled 100s of prescriptions over the years. I have never had a problem, issue, or poor experience. Staff is top notch and courteous. New members are well trained. The rest of you must have had a bad day.

need to fix online hours. Have an emergency at 1130 at night. Cvs website says open till 12 and we show up at 1145 and their closed. Sign on the door said weekly hours 8am-12am.
